Beachfront vacation rentals in Mactan

Loved it here! The location is absolutely perfect—so convenient, its just a few minutes' walk to all the great restaurants and Robinsons, making grocery runs quick and easy. The unit was immaculate, well-kept, and surprisingly spacious—a very comfortable fit for a group of around six. It felt just like home away from home. Our host, Jefax, was wonderful, friendly, very helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. Check-in was smooth and easy. The room and place was clean and comfortable. Everything was just as whatvwas indicated on the description and shown on the photos. Sir Jorman was bery friendly, responsive and accomodating. There's lot of things you can do around the area if you reaearch enough. There's a fee of ₱350 to access the shared beach. It's worth it since you can access all amenities including their infinity and only 7mins walk from OMP. There's also a nearby Bus Terminal if you want to go somewhere especially to Cebu City Tops. Fare was only ₱51 from Mactan Newtown to IT Park Lahug. Hoping to go back to make new and better memories ✌️

The rooms were clean and very comfortable , from room types, customer service, and view of pool area. I will recommend this!

We really enjoyed the place. When I was reading the reviews, I was a little bit worried about the mosquitoes. But nothing to worry about, not a lot of mosquitos. I think because the care takers were amazing - they were very clean, they took care of the place really well, they were also very friendly and helpful. I really like that the place is well maintain. took care of us really well, by husband wants to stay longer. It is such a beautiful place, we will not forget the care takers.

We had an amazing stay with my family, room is clean and the place is very cozy. It’s just too bad that the internet connection was out for 2days during our stay (network’s problem). But overall we’re satisfied.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo with my family. The place is nice, clean, and equipped with utensils, plates, and cookware we could use. The condo looks exactly like the pictures and matches the description. The owner was also very responsive and answered all our questions. Overall, thank you for the smooth transaction. We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in La Mactan, Cebu. The place was clean, well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and had a stunning view. The pool was a highlight, and the location is perfect—within walking distance to shops and restaurants. They also offered custom tour packages at much better rates than other providers, which made our island hopping experience even more enjoyable. We also rented a scooter through them, which was both affordable and reliable. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. While the bed was a bit firm and slightly short for tall Europeans, it didn’t impact our overall experience. It truly felt like a vacation, and we’d happily stay here again!

This AirBnB condo is FANTASTIC because of the stunning views of the Hilutungan Channel with nearby Olango island visible from its balcony. I was so mesmerized with Olango island that I convinced a Filipino friend of mine to come on over from Cebu city to join me for a day on Olango - it was great. The problem with other AirBnBs condos that are available here in Mactan Newton is that if they have a balcony with a seaview - 9 times out of 10 they are Magellan Sea facing and consequently the view can be depressing to see 6 big ships that are marooned (stuck) as a result of the December 2021 super typhoon Odette. Whereas, the balcony view in this condo does not have any ugly broken down ships in its view. Furthermore, this condo has a great view of the airport, Cebu city and its skyscrapers, and the mountains behind. In closing, Mrs. H. has furnished this condo in such a way that it is a wonderful joy to stay here, as she thought of all of the little things to make your stay pleasant.

From the moment our family were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautifully maintained space. The location was peaceful and walkable. The accomodation itself was spacious and squeaky clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. Thomas was very helpful and responsive. He was very considerate of our plight (with our change of plans due to typhoon Kristin). Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

My fam sooo love the place, very clean and tidy and so peaceful and safe community. Shops are avail nearby and our host was so generous in sharing her space for a family like us who are newbees in Airbnb. Highly recommended place to stay for staycation and private family activities!

As you can see in the photos of the accommodation, it was good to stay. The facilities of the accommodation are great and very suitable for resting quietly. However, since it is far from the city, you must prepare groceries in advance. There is nothing around the accommodation, and it is not easy to take a taxi or grab at late hours. During the week, you can go to the sm mall by my bus.

Beautiful condominium. Exactly as described. Clean, great bed, and good water pressure. So quiet. Nice pool. Car and/or Motorbike dependent.
