Combi blinds on glass walls and Philippine culture inspired paintings from local Cebuano artists. We own a parking lot that we can share for free. Guests with car do not need to park at nearby paid and uncovered parking. Access to Mactan Newtown beach at PHP 350 per guest.

It is atleast 5mins drive to neighbooring famous Hotel and Beach Resorts like Shangri La,Crimson, and the likes. Free access to the pool. But Gym is only open for long staying guest with atleast 6months contract.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

The place is really nice. It was a nice getaway when you wanna stay away from the city. Very spacious. They have everything you need such as utensils, gas burner, grill, microwave, water dispenser, etc. except for condiments. My only concerns were the WiFi and the bugs at night. We had to go inside as early as 8pm because there were waaaayyyy too many bugs flying around. Also, it was kinda hard to communicate with the staff there as well using the radio since there was no “reception” area really. Regardless, we still enjoyed our stay.
