Excellent host, great service, perfect place for family gathering with well maintained landscape, open area concept, air conditioned rooms, modern kitchen, clean and spacious bathrooms, close to town center and can accommodate lots of guests. Will definitely be coming back.

Good House is a well secured gated community. Nice e trike shuttle service in the area. Friendly and responsive personal. Very good: The kitchen and especially the air frier.

We really enjoyed the place. When I was reading the reviews, I was a little bit worried about the mosquitoes. But nothing to worry about, not a lot of mosquitos. I think because the care takers were amazing - they were very clean, they took care of the place really well, they were also very friendly and helpful. I really like that the place is well maintain. took care of us really well, by husband wants to stay longer. It is such a beautiful place, we will not forget the care takers.

Place is great. Can be difficult to get to because of small bumpy roads but it's comfy. Would've wanted to try their korean food but all they could serve was korean instant noodles at a steep 200 PHP.

오후에 도착해서 호스트가 안내해준대로 이동하니, 별 문제 없이 숙소에 도착했습니다. 호스트가 경비에게 우리가 방문하는 것을 미리 이야기 했는지, 이름만 체크하고 게이트를 통과 했고, 경비가 어느 집인지 위치를 안내해 줬습니다. 집은 아주 깔끔했고, 수영장이 엄청 좋았습니다. 이 숙소가 있는 타운의 다른 집은 아직 완공되지 않은 집이 많이 있더군요. 그래서 저녁이 되기 전까지는 공사하는 소리가 조금 들렸지만, 큰 문제가 되지는 않았습니다. 그냥 깨끗하고 편안한 침대에서 푹 잤고, 정말 깨끗하고 예쁜 수영장에서 잘 즐겼습니다.

was a ideal place for us to stay . Jane was easy to contact and always very quick to respond. the place could do with a lick of paint. but had everything one needed.

the house is absolutely stunning 😍 we love it and would definitely come back again. only thing is we are 7pax but they only have I think 2 or 3 plates,not enough mugs and only 1 cup for the water. but she explained to me what happened other customer take things home with them which is absolutely disgusting not the owner fault. I absolutely recommend this place to stay with your family. ❤️

I recommend this place if you have a large group. It is a lovely house that perfectly describes the description on the site. The house is in a guarded gated community, so my family felt safe. The neighbors were super friendly as well. The house was very clean and had enough towels for everyone to use. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cutlery. The pool was amazing and refreshing, especially after a long day of sightseeing. The host was very accommodating; we arrived early in the morning with permission from the owner. The caretaker, Miribel, was awesome, especially since we arrived so early. She showed us everything in the house and how to work the pool lights. My family and I enjoyed our time in the house very much. If we ever decide to return to Cebu, we will definitely see if this house is available again.

It was a great stay, house was clean and we managed to get a late check out :-) appreciated the drinks that were easily available in the house fridge and the hot water as well. The home felt very safe as it was in a gated community. Host was very responsive and easy to work with! Thank you for the great stay

Marlou”s place is very safe and secure. The guards are very nice and accommodating. What I enjoyed the most was the quiet neighborhood. No dogs barking at night and no early morning rooster crowing. The house is very clean and spacious in a great subdivision. Marlou herself is a very nice person and replies very quickly to any questions you may have. A great house for the price.

The host, though based abroad was very responsive to our queries and even offered us a complimentary wine 🥰 such a great deal! They did so well considering we are their first guests. 💯

The place matched the listing description. The host is also responsive to my questions. New sheets and towels were also provided. It’s accessible to the restaurants and grocery. We weren’t able to use the wifi during our stay but overall, we really enjoyed our stay. ‘Til our next stay!

The house is super organized, clean, and with modern furnishings. I love Merla’s place. My only concern is the location. This is too far from the city or restaurants. However, there’s always “Grab”, that will deliver your food. We enjoyed watching netflix on a 55” TV at the living room. Merla allows me to check out late as my flight is at 6 pm. I was worried where to hangout with our luggages from 12 noon to flight check-in time. We ended up checking out at Merla’s at 3 pm. Few things to improve are additional cutlery, can’t find table knife and mugs. There’s a tea cup which is too small for me as a coffee lover. I prefer mug. A working desk in one of the rooms would be helpful for those who are bringing their laptops either for work or for gaming. If you want a relaxing stay, and not just go outside, I highly recommend this place. I would stay again for next travel opportunities around Mactan island.
