Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Come and stay in our independent accommodation of our house. We are located in the countryside, 3 km from Lake Saint-Philbert-de-Grand-Lieu. There are numerous walks nearby on foot or by bike. - 25 min from Nantes - 30 min to the sea - 3 km from St Philbert city center If more than 2 people are coming, please reserve for the correct number of guests.

Gîte des Hautes Rivières – House in the countryside

House in the countryside, the cottage is adjoining our home. My place is close to the racecourse; you will appreciate its calm, the comfort, the view; the nearest beach is 15 minutes and 45 minutes from Nantes. My place is good for couples and families with kids who want to rest or people who want to work quietly.
