Beautiful house, very clean. The environment is quiet. Well placed to discover the Riviera del Conero. The pool is a big plus when it's very hot. It was much appreciated by the children. We recommend this place

perfect accommodation. everything you need and a beautiful and well-kept garden. Air conditioning in both bedrooms was worth the money. Everything worked well, was clean and pleasant. A fenced-off small settlement where children could play outside without problems and dangers. Just note that mosquitoes are out and about. The nearest town is a 10-minute walk away and offers a beautiful ambiance and good restaurants.

We were hosted very well by Ilaria and her mom. The explanations were perfect and complete. The accommodation was as described, large, clean, quiet and well-equipped. The surrounding area is gorgeous. thanks for everything.

For Casa Colorata, we have nothing but praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hill; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated it with love and equipped it with everything, down to the smallest detail. We spent beautiful sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

Alba's house is located in a beautiful area in the Marche hills in the province of Macerata: the house is comfortable, well equipped for cooking and spending relaxing moments in the living room and garden. From the house you can walk for beautiful walks in the surroundings; towns with shops and restaurants can be reached in about ten minutes by car. Alba is a kind and always available host; we spent a beautiful rustic New Year's Eve in her home and recommend it to everyone.

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delightful, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope down to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

Amazing and peaceful stay in the heart of Umbria!

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

Really lovely hosts made to feel like family. Stunning view and lovely pool. Only downside was the walls are quite thin so you get a lot of noise from the flat next door.

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

The penthouse was an incredible experience. Stefano was a wonderful host from the second we booked his lovely home. He was attentive, thoughtful, helpful, and very caring. The house was extremely clean and in the best location! Seconds away from the beach and numerous restaurants, what more could you ask for?! He also booked us a wine tasting, if you have time I highly recommend checking it out! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He is an expert when it comes to Fano and the surrounding areas, he really makes you feel welcomed and at home. I would highly recommend booking this airbnb. We have had the privilege of staying in Dino's apartment. I find the accommodation homey and welcoming, everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our days in the apartment. Dino was an outstanding host in everything from the initial instructions on how to get there, where to find the parking, etc., until we left the apartment. He was reachable very quickly for questions. He also offered us to borrow bicycles so we could go a good bit south along the beach promenade. I would love to come back again.

Despite an inconvenience with the accommodation Michele, he went above and beyond, allowing us to enjoy our stay to the fullest!

We spent three nights with our family of five and our dog at Marco's place. We felt very comfortable. The farmhouse with the natural stones and the open wooden beam exudes a very pleasant atmosphere. It is very spacious and well suited for a larger family. The area with the many populated hills is unique. Marco was very accommodating and helpful. The sibilline mountains are just a stone's throw away, we did two beautiful hikes to the Lame Rosse and the Infernaccio Gorge. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

The house was brand new and super clean. A compliment to the breathtaking panoramic view. Lorenzo responded immediately to messages/calls and was super courteous, he was also very kind to us, and very helpful and flexible also in front of our request for flexibility with the check-out time. Super recommended!!

Lovely place in the countryside to visit all the attractions around it. A step away from the city after a busy day out......a tranquil retreat. Matteo and his lovely wife had provided a lovely welcoming bottle of wine for when we arrived. An extra bonus in our opinion would be a toaster and a kettle....(now remember we're from New Zealand.....lol😁)
