You will have ample space at your disposal, with terracotta and wood finishes: the charm of an old house, carefully renovated and finished with attention to detail.

La Dolce Visciola is located among the green hills of the Marche region and overlooks a splendid panorama that stretches from the countryside to the sea. In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.

Ideal for couples or families looking for relaxation, our house is immersed in a silence of yesteryear. You are a 10-minute drive from Macerata and half an hour from the beaches. The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.

Located within the medieval walls and a short walk from both the Clock Tower and the Sferisterio, Alloggio Colonna offers high-quality decorations. Located on the ground floor, it is easily accessible and a few minutes' walk from the train station. It is very bright with large windows and a terrace. The Master Bedroom has a double bed while the second bedroom has a French bed. The kitchen is complete for immediate use and the bathroom offers comfort in the SPA style.
