A pochissimi passi dal mare, con una meravigliosa vista sulla baia di Makari (Macari) e sul monte Cofano; di recentissima ristrutturazione, composta da tre stanze da letto, open space soggiorno/cucina, 2 bagni con doccia, un patio, terrazza con vista mare, ampio giardino. Dista pochi passi a piedi da una spiaggia di ciottoli e scogli bassi immediatamente sottostante. La casa all'interno è composta da una comoda cucina soggiorno con divano letto, camera matrimoniale e un bagno. All'esterno offre una bellissima terrazza con tavolo, sdraio e accesso a un grande giardino, ideale per i più piccoli, dove possono giocare e divertirsi in mezzo alla natura che li circonda.

We had a truly fantastic stay at "Villa Lia" near San Vito Lo Capo! The place was spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped, making our visit very comfortable. The absolute highlight, however, was the magnificent sea view. It was breathtaking to wake up to every day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Our stay at Villa Gina was great. House in perfect condition, very spacious and comfortable, clean, with all the services indicated in the description and with wonderful views of the sea and its entrance. Perfect parking in the house and a huge amount of attention from the host, as it solves any small problem with great speed. I have nothing but good words, so I highly recommend this holiday home. If we return to San Vito lo Capo on vacation, we will definitely try to stay again at Villa Gina. Thank you very much for everything

The area and the view are beautiful, so quiet and so close to many little beaches and the national park. Salvatore and Nina were wonderful hosts, very kind and generous. We only stayed a few days but would happily have stayed a week if we'd had time. We loved it - 10/10 :) thank you so much and we hope to come again one day!
