Lovely house on the water

In July & August, per week! Our unique house is on a headland with water on 2 sides. Centrally located between Amsterdam and Utrecht. Nearby are marinas and recreational homes. From the road, you walk to the ferry, with which you sail to the cottage yourself. The house is only accessible by raft/boat. The house has a garden, wooden scaffolding and seats. Inside, the house is equipped with all comforts: there is floor heating, air conditioning and WiFi. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 2nd toilet and bathroom.

The recently renovated "Gastenverblijf De Hucht" is a wonderful place to really relax... with a large veranda and a spacious view of the garden. To relax, there is also a private wellness. Due to the location, there is a lot of privacy. You can also bake your own pizza in the brick oven!! "Gastenverblijf De Hucht" itself is 87 m2 and equipped with all the necessary luxury. You're 5min from the train to Amsterdam and I’m sure you'll enjoy Utrecht as much as I! The apartement is located on the 2 topfloors of a midcentury house. It can be closed off and you'll have all the privacy you'll need. But, I live downstairs and we share the frontdoor & hallway during your stay, so it is not a place for parties and loud groups.

It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

Bohemian Farmhouse. Unique and full of character

Bohemian Farmhouse is not a standard holiday home. It feels like staying in a private museum, filled with art, objects and atmosphere. A place for people who value quiet, character and space (but still close to Amsterdam). The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack.
