Welcome to my private home in the middle of the green space. I live in the apartment on a daily basis and rent it out when I'm not at home. Trains and Lyngby city center can be reached in a short time. You get Lyngby and Bagsværd lake in the backyard. It's perfect for 2 people where you feel at home. Bathrooms the room is not the biggest but nice and delicious. Feel free to use what is in the apartment. Including what's in the kitchen and bathroom. There is a boiling faucet. There's a bunk-bed (70x160cm) and a creative space in the kids-room. The second bathroom has a bathtub, and is accessed from the spacious dining + lounge area. The cozy open kitchen completes the social space. The private garden equally invites for relaxation. The cat is friendly (own door, automatic food and water). 10 min walk from train.

The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city.
