The garden has a spa with sauna, wilderness bath, cold water bowl, and an outdoor shower. The summerhouse is only 700 meters from a large sandy beach. It is 2.5 km to the center of Hornbæk and 600 meters to the train station.

The cottage overlooks the fields, is isolated, has electricity, heating, a kitchenette and a comfortable sofa that becomes a small double bed.
