We loved the thoughtful touches, like the stuff for my infant. The stay was comfortable. Multiple 7/11 around the area, Watson across the street. Forbes Town is 2 min walk. Bonifacio stop over is like 2min away as well. St Lukes is 5-7 min walk. Pretty much a great place, near everything you need for your stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay Ms. Mirriam, we'll definitely be back! Highly recommend this property!

The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for a quiet escape. Everything we needed was provided, making the stay hassle-free. The ambiance was peaceful and ideal for relaxing. Location was convenient yet still felt private. Would definitely book again for another quick getaway.

Perfect location within BGC, walkable to many restaurants, High Street, SM Aura, and surrounding attractions and stores. Appreciate the always open 7-11 off the front entrance and surrounding restaurants that are a stone's throw from the condo.

This place is a gem. Everything is exactly as in appears. I wanted to stay longer but the place was booked. I definitely will be coming back. ☺️

Cathy was such a great host! She is very responsive and the instructions for her place were clear. It shows how she cares for the guests' satisfaction. She allowed us to do early check-in so we didn't have to stay out that long. The place was exactly how the pictures looked like in the app/website. Bedsheets✔️ Towels ✔️ no bugs✔️Ac and water pressure✔️wifi for foreigners✔️ To be fair, they didn't provide the room slippers so if you are icky about carpets, bring your own. The elevator may take time depending on the time of the day. Nonetheless, the stay was great. I highly recommend. We used to stay with Seda multiple times in the past but I can confidently say it is comparable with how clean and convenient it is. Plus her place is on the corner so it was extremely quiet at night with no outside noise coming in from the neighbors. :) Will book again!

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

Had a great stay at this Airbnb for 4 nights. Everything at the unit was as per the photos in the listing, and the view of the golf course was beautiful. Will consider staying here again for my next visits for work.

The place was incredibly homey and impeccably clean, providing the perfect setting for a much-needed escape from the busy city life. The ambiance was just fantastic, creating a serene atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Being surrounded by nature was truly rejuvenating. The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway!

TRUE HOME away from home! ✨🏡 We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. We were able to relax and celebrate my birthday. 🎉 Good laughs, good foods and memories as a family. Super enjoy din kami sa swimming pool. The place also looks exactly like the photos. So comfortable and clean, cozy linens, well-stocked kitchen, plus PET-FRIENDLY.🐶 The room’s air conditioners are working really well. ❄️ Mam Jannette is absolutely amazing! She’s responsive, very kind and helpful making sure our stay was perfect. Thank you for your home and for such a wonderful experience. We had a great time during our stay. It’s a family friendly place especially the pool with projector where the kids were able to watch while swimming while the adults were grilling and chilling out at the garden. Interiors are very modern and aesthetic. Rooms were clean and spacious, including the toilets. They provided basic toiletries and was surprised they even have clothes steamer which is a necessity for me, and they also had soft towels. I only wish there were bidets in the toilet and the kitchen had more kitchenware like serving bowls, plates and pans. The caretakers were not as responsive so better contact the host when you’re there. The clubhouse has a huge pool, jacuzzi, separate kiddy pool and a playground plus a wide beach. You can also order food at their resto. Overall, I will highly recommend the place to family and friends. We should have stayed at least two nights to fully enjoy it, though :)

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Felt right at home and the place provided so much comfort. The host is very friendly and accommodating, responses are fast as well. Will definitely choose this Airbnb again if we come back to Pampanga in the future. ☺️

The place was really nice, clean and comfortable. The weather was also nice and cool, and there was light rain almost the whole time. Despite the rain, we still enjoyed the place and even the pool The rooms in the main house were very spacious, view was good, and there is ample space. There is also a pool room (additonal cost) that was very big that the kids enjoyed and stayed the whole time. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing quick vacation. It’s a highly recommended place, one that we’ll definitely go back again

The unit was very clean and perfect for our short vacation in BGC. The host recommended restaurants that we tried and enjoyed. The unit was fully equipped with essentials and a decent wifi connection. I like that Netflix was also available. The building also felt safe with good security. I totally recommend this listing. Apple was very accommodating and responsive. Check in/out was smooth and easy.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Bennii's place. It looked exactly like the pictures and felt right at home! Bennii was super responsive, flexible and helpful all throughout the stay. At the heart of BGC, the area is completely safe, modern and with lots to do (especially to eat and shop!). I was also able to try the building's pool without issue. Definitely recommend, I'd stay here again.

Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.

We were going to stay at the Grand Hyatt, but we saved $500 and got a truly pleasant, decorated stay with a helpful host.

Wonderful location and superb unit. Very cozy and accessible. Strong security for the building, which made the stay feel safer. Would easily book again on my next vacation. Cheers.
