Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Luzon

Tita Rho and Tito Jaime were really nice and accommodating! The place is perfect for family vacation. It's near everything - restaurants/fast food, jeepney/taxi, bus terminal, stores, and mall. Highly recommended! ❤️

Our stay at Sea Haven 88 Beach house was one of the best. Upon arrival, the caretakers (Ate Rose and Kuya) warmly greeted us and guided us through the house rules around the house. They were kind and patient with all our queries and requests. Like Ms. JA, who answered all our inquiries before our trip. During our stay, we had the most fun with the billiards and swimming pool. Their original videoke was broken but they had a rented one which added to the fun. They also have a mini library with books and boardgames for those introvert-type guests. The kitchen was complete, we no longer needed to bring anything for cooking. Although they changed the rooms, they were bigger and prettier than we expected. The pictures didn't serve the justice of how cool and awesome were the rooms, even the room with 3 bunk beds. Overall, the place is a chance to feel at home in a beach front house. My family enjoyed and appreciated the warm welcome!

We really enjoyed this big old house! 2 nights and 12 of us and still felt spacious. Everything we needed and Ate Marilyn made sure we were good. Using Google map to find it did not work but the directions in the listing work well ;-) Very quiet area and so nice to sleep with no traffic noises. Beds were good lots of chairs and sofas to lounge on. I especially enjoyed the charm and construction of the house itself. Worth the visit just to marvel at the old school parquet floors! We will return the next time we have a group outing in Baguio city!

The place was just as described—clean, cozy, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the host was very friendly and responsive throughout our booking. We really appreciated how homey and quiet the place was, perfect for a restful visit to Baguio. One thing to note: while the house itself is great, the roads leading to it (and many parts of Baguio) are very steep and narrow. If you're bringing a car or not used to mountain driving, just be prepared. It might be a bit challenging at first, but manageable with caution. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and peaceful home base in Baguio!

We are a frequent visitor of BK, we usually stay in the Lodge or in the open cottages but it’s our first time to stay at Julia’s place. We’ve had a wonderful time here, felt like home. Very private and perfect for family gatherings. my kid really enjoyed the spacious living room. The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils. The bathroom has a hot shower. We will definitely come back and will consider booking Julia’s place again.

My parents, brother & my parent’s friends truly had the best time. The place is huge and it’s big enough for them w/c is 11pax, all adults and the place senior & pwd friendly. They were able to maximize the kitchen since alot of them are cooks, they dined at the patio and sala were the perfect chill out spot which the seniors truly enjoyed. The place is pristine when they arrived. Miss Michelle is really accommodating and she answers to our every queries. The place is peaceful and away from the hustle & bustle so they appreciate the place very much. They were able to bond and rest comfortably since they all came from far places. We will surely refer it to our friends and family.

It is my family's second time to stay at Ecohouse but now with my parents and my siblings. The first one was 2 and a half years ago, yet coming back there gave me that exact same cozy, comfortable & peaceful vibe - the exact reason why we always wanna stay here every time we have a trip to Baguio. Everything was perfect, each part of the house was clean, warm & homey - from the living room, kitchen, dining and the bedrooms. Ruth, the host, as always, is very accommodating, helpful and responsive to our needs, and we love the delicious compliments that greeted us when we arrived. My parents certainly loved their "chill" weekend and almost didn't wanna leave the house. My favorite experience at Ecohouse would be our nightly family bonding at the living room couch and tv, and my night cap with my sisters at the outdoor veranda, it's priceless! Staying at Ecohouse is nostalgic, the feeling that takes me back to my childhood and experiencing Baguio like it was the first time! ❤️🌲

Had a great and hassle-free stay at Miss Dene's place for 3D2N. Unit is spacious and enough for all 10 of us (9 adults & 1 kid). Loved the interior design and its homey feels. Miss Dene was also kind enough to let us leave our things at the unit after checkout so that we could maximize our remaining time before our trip back home.

Nice AirBNB townhouse for the price. Spacious and on a super quiet street in a safe gated subdivision. 2 bedrooms (1 with queen bed and the other with 2 single beds) both upstairs. 2 CR (1 up 1 down). Dirty kitchen and refrigerator. Fireplace. Nice and comfortable furniture. The caregiver is wonderful and really adds value to our stay. It is easy to use Grab for food delivery or rides. Also, the guard will hail a taxi quickly… you can be in the town center in 10 minutes but have your peace and quiet. It is walking distance to PureGold grocery. ms Lisa will meet you at Kape Umali for checkin. She responds quickly to any questions. We asked for an electric kettle to make a hot tabo bath and she brought one to us in less than 1 minute. Both upstairs and downstairs CR have heaters but the low water pressure upstairs could not keep the hot water on. The downstairs heater worked great! Hygiene products are not provided and towels are ₽50 each. Extra water container is ₽50 after the first.

I had great couple of days staying here! Fresh room! Pillows and blankets are so conducive for a cold room. Personal provisions are supplied, such as water, soap, etc... Great stay, so far!

We had a great stay! We definitely loved the complete kitchen as we're able to cook comfortably. The whole house is spacious for the 10 of us, too.

We had a great stay at this spacious and clean house in Baguio. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The caretaker was nice and let us check in early, though they were a little slow to respond sometimes. But they did check in with us before we checked out, which was good. The place was easy to find if you follow the Waze directions. One small improvement would be the cabinets, it could use a little cleaning as there were some items left inside. Overall, it was a nice stay, and we’d recommend it!

Jubilee provides a unique accommodation that fits all our needs for a group staycation and we are definitely going to book this place again when we have another group outing in Baguio. The beds are comfortable and the house is spacious enough for 6-8 people. The round table is great for dinner and boardgames. One huge plus for us is that the shower heater works perfectly and can be easily operated. Thank you so much jubilee ! Looking forward to our next visit

Arrived early hours in the morning but the host was there waiting with smile on their face Were very helpful during my stay.The place was small and compact but being on my own was just right.Was a short walk to sari sari store and tricyles which i used a lot as didnt have my own transport.Was there for 1 month and enjoyed every minute. For short stay its worth it.

It was a wonderful experience! The vibe was homey and comfortable. The office table was perfect for me and served us well during work and pleasure.

Thank you for hosting our family. The staff was very accommodating. We suggested adding contrasting edges to the stairs in the villa since they have the same color as the tiles on the upper floor, making them easier to see, especially at night. The place was clean! Great experience—we'll definitely come back!

Looks exactly like the photos. Just bring your own cutlery and big rice cooker if you are huge groups. Ate caretaker is very helpful with us. Its just unfortunate that it was raining hard and we could’nt turn on the lights in the pool. But weather is unpredictable. Overall, our family had fun and we were 40 and we all fit. Could easily fit more.

I used to live in Taytay, Rizal. I had some things to do this trip, so I looked for a suitable place that is near my old family home and also give us some much needed relaxation. The ad was very attractive as it had a pool, a kitchen, and a big bedroom, and it was a few minutes drive to my old place. When we got there, the host’s sister, AG, was present to welcome us. We quickly settled in. The room’s air conditioning made it very comfortable for sleep. The bedroom had bed-space enough for 8 persons. The bed we used was adequate for my husband and myself. The outdoor kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts. There was a water dispenser which is very much appreciated as we always make tea; a big fridge to store our meager supplies; seating area for at least 18 persons there. The pool was clean and we used it as often as we can while there. There was privacy as the place was surrounded by tall trees and a high fence. In all, a very pleasant stay for us.

Really a nice place to stay with friends. We will surely book again soon with family, our kids and pet will surely enjoy this place too. It is really a peaceful place, far from noisy places with night life. You’ll surely enjoy the night to hangout with friends and talk about life.

Amazing Stay at Balay Angkan! Balay Angkan is stunning & peaceful, perfect for big groups like families. We stayed for 3D2N, 18 pax at first then 7 more joined. We paid PHP 1,250 per extra guest. The villa is huge, very clean & aesthetic. For PHP 30k-35k/night (depending on season), you get the whole beautiful villa! The infinity pool, rooms & complete kitchen were amazing. There’s a long table perfect for gatherings. We just shopped & cooked our meals. There’s also a grill. Lots of bonding areas like the poolside long table & terrace upstairs. We also enjoyed videoke! So peaceful & quiet! The admins, especially Sir Don & Ms. Jen, were very responsive, kind & patient. The caretakers were also very helpful. Only downside was we weren’t allowed late checkout until 1 PM, but overall everything was perfect! Highly recommended—just make sure to book early as it’s always fully booked!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Roma. The place is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. It’s very comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. There were some insects around, but that’s expected because of the location—and it’s clearly mentioned on the listing, so no surprises there. The caretaker was also very kind and helpful, which made our stay even better. Overall, a great experience. We’d definitely love to come back!

booked this place exactly a year ago for my supposed wedding, due to unfortunate events we had to cancel, this place is super beautiful i knew i had to book it again this year. through the God’s grace our wedding has finally pushed through, the place matched our aesthetics, every nook and cranny of the place tells a story, truly a place i would cherish forever, lots of great memories with family happened here, i am very thankful to Ms Cristina for being super helpful, kind and understanding, we are forever grateful.
