The Little Barn is set in one and a half acres of paddock in beautiful countryside near National Trust jewel-Waddesdon Manor. A stylish two bedroom barn - perfect for a tranquil getaway. Near the historic village of Quainton, with its pub on the green, village shop and windmill, there are many rural walks or enjoy our paddock with small orchard and bee hives. The Little Barn is ideal for 2 couples or a family. As well as 2 bedrooms , there is a sofabed in the living room and single trestle bed.

The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. ONLY MINI DOGS BY REQUEST BEFORE BOOKING! The Lodge is a separate building from the main house and has a private patio for relaxing in the sunshine or stargazing at night. The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area.
