Our light-flooded apartment is located in a traffic-calmed residential complex in the beautiful and green district of Pasing Obermenzing in Munich in the immediate vicinity of the Würm river and Blutenburg Castle. An elevator takes you directly from the underground garage to the hallway of our apartment. By bus, you are at Pasing train station in about 10 minutes, where the S-Bahn, tram, buses and regional and long-distance trains are available.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The S-Bahn connection can be reached in 8 minutes by bus. In the immediate vicinity, a bakery, butcher and pizzeria can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Lake Karlsfeld is 1.3 km away and is an oasis of tranquility. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden.
