Beautiful stay at Monsegur. Very private, peaceful stay with friendly locals. Julien is wonderful- nothing is too much bother and we visited his parents family run restaurant which was opposite the house and our favourite place to eat during our stay. Kids loved the pool and garden. Highly recommend.

Communication before the stay was very good. A nice terrace/pool, although cool, was very enjoyable. Comfortable bedding and close by car to St Emilion.

We had a great time in this relaxing, soothing home. The house is very spacious, which is very comfortable and everyone can have independent and isolated rest areas both indoors and outdoors. This building is really worth knowing about. Nina and Axel are very organized and efficient in giving all the instructions and in an ultra-fast way. We recommend this stone house combining charm and character.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Petit Cinq Ruffe. Caroline and Paul were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was lovely and met all our needs. The location was very rural and quiet; exactly what we had hoped for. The welcome included a lovely platter of local produce and delicious wine. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We would not hesitate to highly recommend this property.

Very nice, super well-equipped house, everything is a nice ❤️ accommodation in the middle of the vineyards 10 minutes by car from Libourne and all amenities including a superb bakery (Feuillette)! Marie is a warm, available, responsive and accommodating host for check-in and checkout times. Check-in and checkout instructions are clear and there is plenty of information on activities to discover in the area. The apartment is very well-equipped, extremely clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. The cottage is located in a beautiful, peaceful environment, and the terrace is lovely. The Wifi works very well and the free parking in front of the accommodation is very much appreciated. I would recommend this place without reservation!

We loved the atmosphere of the house that invites you to travel, each room is tastefully decorated, it is a place that has a soul, which contrasts with the usual IKEA decoration... A big thank you to Christine for sharing her world full of memories. We'll be happy to go back.

Nathalie and Hubert were very kind and friendly. The place was pristine, beautiful and relaxing. You have to hire a car to visit places in Bordeaux but Hubert provided many great suggestions of local wineries and things to do. He was always responsive and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about visiting Bordeaux.

Location was fabulous. Apartment was wonderful. I loved sleeping with the windows wide open overlooking the beautiful town. This is an older village townhouse restored with care. Having a garage for the car was a must have. We went to the Sunday market at Libourne and cooked a wonderful meal from the best ingredients. The restaurants in town are very good but very ex pensive. We were happy to grab pastries in the morning I would love to stay here again.

This was our second visit to the Gîte Les Longères and we have had another great stay here in Montazeau. The gite is well equipped and beautifully clean; we had everything we needed for a restful break away. The property is situated on a quiet road in woodlands and provides a calm and peaceful environment, which is just what we were hoping for. It's an ideal spot from which to explore this area. Being able to enjoy our lunch on the terrace several times in the warmth of the sun in January was an added bonus! Victoria and Nicolas are friendly and responsive hosts. Any queries we had were answered quickly and helpfully. I would highly recommend this property.

Claudine offers a very pleasant accommodation, in a rather old environment. A pleasure to find the beds made, with good bedding. Be careful with the beautiful spiral staircase that leads upstairs, rather "steep" and yet essential to be able to access the toilets. Claudine. Address that we will keep in mind for a possible future stay in the area.

A most excellent stay, comfortable, quiet, great pool, good facilities, great location for us, the provided breakfast was way better than expected, we would highly recommend The Grange and both Ian and Carol as hosts, superb value for money, and an ideal rural Frenchland location (pothole free roads yay), cheers!

Pool is about 8m long & 1.25m deep and was perfect for us in the warm weather, while the stone building keeps cool during the day. Secluded rear courtyard with umbrella is nice for outdoor meals. 10 minutes drive to the nearest town, so a car is essential. One (nice) restaurant within walking distance.

A lovely location with great views and super garden and pool area. We were meet by the host who showed us around the property which was very comfortable and well equipped. A quiet relaxing area but only 15 mins from Bergerac town.

Had a fantastic stay, the accomodation was spacious, clean and well equiped. The area was superb, right in the middle of the vineyards and only a few miles from St Emilion. Managed to get a train locally to Bordeaux for a good day out. The area is very quiet and picturesque and we enjoyed a very pleasant walk around the village with help from Nadine. My wife enjoyed the pool pretty much every day of our 5 day stay. Happy to recommend
