House in the heart of the vineyards and 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). So he can accommodate a couple with up to four children or three couples. Linens provided and beds made. Bathroom & Separate Toilet. Fully equipped and independent kitchen. Pétanque and molkki area to play with family; garden of 500 m². The cottage ( 110 m2) is an old winemaker's house completely renovated in 2018.

This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. Hi , I welcome you to my home, in a charming outbuilding of the house, for a stay in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Grézillac, 15 minutes from Saint Émilion. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne.
