The apartment is located in ,probably, most beautiful part of the town, overlooking the Old town of Korčula. Distance from the center of the town is just a few minutes walk,also Old town. There are small town beaches and places to take a swim in front of the apartment. Apartment is newly redecorated, nice and tidy and bright. You can enjoy the peace and quiet but also be very close the center of town. Newly produced luxury villa in a quiet, beautiful bay with crystal clear water. Here you are embedded in the croatian community with olive, lemon, orange and fig trees all around. The villa is well equipped and positioned above the main village road with no disturbing traffic. Beautiful sea view and the bay is often visited by all kind of boats and yachts. The pool and pool area is popular with outdoor showers. Dont forget to visit Gavuni, the neighbours nice restaurant 50 meters from the house.
