All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.

Our newly renovated studio apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Rab, directly in the Middle street (Srednja ulica 20), looking to the Down street (Donja ulica), and the Forum Pub which we recomand for the best cocktails in Rab. Due to its location it is also perfect for couples exploring the old town of Rab. The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi... Free parking in the old town for all our guests.

Large apartment with two bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom. Guests can use a microwave, TV and a long balcony overlooking the sea. The price of the apartment includes all costs, including the tourist tax, Wi-Fi and the possibility of free parking in front of the house. The house is situated in the first and only row on the coast with no disturbance of other tourists. It's the perfect place to rest, relax and recharge.
