The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Wunderschöne persönliche Wohnung mit Terrasse und Alpenblick. Bezaubernder Badesee in unmittelbarere Nähe. Wanderwege unmittelbar vom Haus aus. Die Wohnung liegt im Inntal. In der Nähge gibt es viele Ausflugsziele und Freizeitmöglichkeiten, eine Wasserskianlage, eine Sommerrodelbahn, Reitställe, etc. Im Ort ist ein Skigebiet und eine Winterrodelbahn mit Flutlichtanlagen. Das Haus liegt nur knapp eine halbe Stunde entfernt von einem der größten österreichischen Skigebiete "Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser".

I really enjoy the time in Michaela's apartment! The apartment is great and really leaves nothing to be desired. It is also super suitable for longer stays. The location with perfect access to Kufstein and Munich, the beautiful view of the mountains, the loving high-quality furnishings and of course Michaela's warmth make it a wonderful home away from home! Highly recommended :)

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail, you felt comfortable from the first moment. It was very nice, everything fit perfectly, from the amenities to the atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the small, loving details that made the stay special. The host was super helpful and always approachable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place, it is definitely worth a trip and I'd love to come back.

We booked the house to spend three days together with our six patchwork and stepchildren around our wedding. The location is perfect, we had plenty of space, everyone felt very comfortable and we had a great time there. The roof terrace was worth its weight in gold in the beautiful weather - and there were plenty of ways to spend free time together or alone. The beds are great, we slept like a log, and the decor is lovingly and tastefully designed. The bathrooms are like new and very chic - our children couldn't stop saying "Ahh" and "Ohh," and we got a lot of praise from them for our choice of location. Hosts are very kind and always eager. Whenever we needed anything, someone came by and took care of us - otherwise we had the perfect privacy, which we enjoyed very much. Overall highly recommended, we would come back any time.

It was all wonderful. The arrival was super straightforward and very warm. The location is amazing. The amenities of the apartment are really great, it has everything you need. Durable foods such as coffee, sugar, etc. were already available. Also kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, pots and pans were in a super condition. Highly recommended! Thank you for the lovely stay.
