House vacation rentals in Ludon-Médoc

What a great place - peaceful, spacious and private with everything you could ever need to make the time you spend at your home fun and relaxing. It did feel like a home from home. Olivier was helpful and responsive even months before the holiday and always replied within an hour. We had to drive all the way from Calais so explained that we’d be checking in late, he was very understanding even when this time got later and later, eventually arriving after 11pm Olivier still greeted us with a smile and a full tour of all of the facilities and living area, and remained helpful throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend L’Atelier to anybody, and would come back in a heartbeat. Merci Olivier!

Alban is a fantastic host. I cannot fault him and the property is immaculate, modern and has everything you need. The only thing we were disappointed with was to find it is an annex of his home. They kept the shutters closed to give us some privacy around the pool, however we were conscious it was not totally ours. Aside from this we had a great time and it's a wonderful place to stay.

Château très agréable , très belle propriété. Et beau jardin avec des arbres magnifiques . Maria nous fait un tour des caves et dégustation de vin, ce qui était très intéressant . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse de maria et de sa maman qui étaient toujours soucieuses que notre séjour soit parfait

Majoitus ylitti odotuksemme. Rakastimme pihaa, uima-allasta, ja ympäröivää maisemaa.Sijainti oli loistava ja maagisen kaunis pikku- kylien ympäröimänä. Majoituimme lasten kanssa, ja siellä oli kaikki, mitä tarvitsumme. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö, pesuaineet, siivousvälineet pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.. Talo oli viihtyisa, ja yksityiskohtiin oli kiinnitetty huomiota. Kaunnit makuuhuoneet, hyvät vuoteet. Majoittaja oli avulias ja vastasi nopeasti. Tunsimme olomme tervetulleeksi, hemmotelluksi. Nautimme, emmekä olisi halunneet lähteä!

It is a nice apartment, we enjoy the staying, it is half an hour to go to the city center by car.

Yannick & Anissa’s place is spacious, very clean and modern. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space. The aircon in each bedroom would be great in summer. It is very comfortable with a homely feel. There are lovely walks in the woodlands nearby. We would’ve liked to stay longer and try the local restaurants. Anissa communicated promptly and was very accommodating to our requests which made our travel much easier. We would stay again and highly recommend. Thanks very much.

Shabby chic, minimal, beautiful design concept. Great detail in retaining the history of the building while Including a polished concrete floor throughout with underfloor heating and incorporating iconic design objects.

Little paradise... so peaceful and beautiful. And not only the views, the little house was very tasteful decorated and very clean and neat. The hosts are super nice and hospitable, they make you feel like home. Might have been the best places I've ever stayed with airbnb! I could have stayed there for much much longer... We had such a wonderful stay at Florian’s beautiful home!! The house is so peaceful with a lovely garden full of furniture for resting or eating. The house is very clean and well laid out with everything you could need. In terms of location, it is a 10-15 uber which was around €10-15 straight to the heart of the city, or you can catch a nearby train/ tram that’s a 10 minute walk. There is also 2 food shops within a 10 minute walk from the house and plenty of take away options should you wish to stay home. We did walk back from the town centre and it took around a hour and was a lovely easy flat walk. This house is perfect for those who like to leave the city and come back to a peaceful surroundings. We loved spending the days wine tasting and touring then coming back, sitting in the garden and playing board games. Thank you Florian for a lovely stay, I hope we can come back soon!

Carole is a super host, who organised for wine tasting soon after we arrived. This was an excellent welcome and very appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and Carole's help with taxi's and flexible check-out. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house tucked away in quiet suburb, with easy access via tram or uber to the city centre. Great sized space to comfortably accommodate 8. Pool and open plan kitchen were a real luxury. Would highly recommend! Thanks Lucas

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei Jean-Charles. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und mitten im Grünen. Da wir die Ruhe gesucht haben, waren wir dort genau richtig. Von dort ist man mit dem Auto schnell in Bordeux und in Saint-Emilion. Auch bis zum Antlantik ist es nur ca. 1 bis 1,5 Stunden je nach Verkehr und Zielort. Der Kontakt mit Jean-Charles war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen. Vielen Dank für Alles. ☺️

Caroline est une personne très disponible et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Concernant le logement il est équipé au top et bien plus de nos attentes. Cuisine moderne, spacieuse avec un super équipement Grande chambre avec lit de 200x160 donnant directement dans la salle de bain Séjour avec canapé d'angle grandes télé avec Netflix wifi etc... Si vous cherchez un gîte pour vous promener sur la route des vins je vous recommande sans hésiter cet endroit Merci Caroline de nous proposer ce gîte

Excellent séjour dans une maison très propre et agréable. Quartier très calme. Des hôtes très discrets et sympathiques.

La maison est grande et très lumineuse avec des espaces communs de belle taille pour 10 personnes. Très bien équipée, il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut. Les chambres sont grandes avec des salle de bain de bonne taille également. C'était très propre, rien à redire. Les extérieurs accueillants mais malheureusement avec nos trois jours de pluie nous n'avons pas pû en profiter et cela a été un grand regret. Des commerces alimentaires à proximité. L'arrêt de tram à 10 bonne minutes en voiture. C'était très bien pour un long we, pour plus longtemps, de part sa situation géographique et nos centres d'intérêt, j'aurai choisi une location plus près de l'océan.
