Guest controlled heat/air conditioning, new paint, and new flooring. Great location across Lakeshore Dr. from the award winning Ludington City Stearns Beach, North Breakwall, and Lighthouse. Seasonal heated outdoor pool. Only five blocks from Downtown Ludington with restaurants, shops, grocery store, and Sandcastles Children's Museum.

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.
