Casale a dir poco stupendo! Dotato di ogni comfort, dall’aria condizionata a ogni possibile utensile per cucina, per non parlare delle dotazioni extra fornite in ogni bagno o all’interno dell’area lavanderia. Arredamento originale, moderno, ricercato ed elegante. Spazio esterno da sogno! Vista mozzafiato, un intero frutteto con prodotti 100% biologici a nostra completa disposizione. Vincenzo è un host discreto e riservato ma sempre presente e disponibile all’occorrenza. Apprezzatissimi i suoi consigli su attività, ristoranti e posti da visitare nei dintorni. Al nostro arrivo ci ha omaggiato con una bottiglia di una cantina locale e con dell’ottimo olio abruzzese. Il nostro Golden Retriever ha adorato lo spazio esterno, giardino super curato e vista mozzafiato a 360º, alba e tramonti spettacolari. Soluzione perfetta per chi fugge dal caos della città e cerca un soggiorno di totale relax. Mancherebbe solo una bella piscina dopodiché sarebbe la casa dei sogni! Torneremo sicuramente!

Ottima location in pieno centro storico, vicino alle attrazioni storiche raggiungibili a piedi. Un piccolo neo, la rete wifi con scarso segnale. Nel complesso ottima permanenza.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di Pasqua in famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini di 2 e 8 anni). L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è accogliente, caldo e profuma di legno. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e letti comodissimi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il giardino è ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano. Il cane di famiglia, educato e dolcissimo, ha fatto compagnia ai nostri figli per ore: si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare a palla insieme! Una menzione speciale va a Stefano e Stefania, i proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti, ci hanno accolti con calore e ospitalità. È raro trovare un posto così autentico, dove sentirsi davvero in famiglia. Una Pasqua indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza sincera.

The Lila villa is simply one of the most beautiful place I had the pleasure to visit. Luigino is a great host and I couldn’t recommend enough to stay at his place. 2eme séjour à castel del monte. c'est toujours un émerveillement, les paysages sont somptueux. Le village est typique et magnifique. Le logement de fabrizio est une pépite, fidèle à la description, très propre, rien ne manque, très très bien équipé, produits, ustensiles, grille pain vaisselle, linges, télé, chauffé.... cette habitation est imprégnée d'histoire. ouvrir la fenêtre sur les paysages est un délice. nous reviendrons encore et encore...

Ottima esperienza insieme ad un gruppo di amici per una notte per poi spostarci sulle piste di Roccaraso per una giornata sulla neve. Alloggio ideale anche per chi come noi aveva dei bimbi al seguito. Ottima la comunicazione con Marinella, sempre reattiva per ogni emergenza.

We hebben 9 dagen in Carla’s geweldige woning en prachtige omgeving doorgebracht. De woning is volledig uitgerust en alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. De locatie van het huis is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. Vanaf het terras heb je een adembenemend uitzicht over de vallei en de omliggende bergen. Het zwembad was schoon en netjes, en voldeed perfect aan onze wensen. Carla was altijd bereikbaar via telefoon en Airbnb-berichten voor eventuele vragen. Via deze weg wil ik Carla bedanken voor deze onvergetelijke vakantie en de fijne communicatie. Dank je wel, Carla 🙏

Amazing vibe and energy at home (feels as a home)

Si tratta di un appartamento un po' datato in un complesso per le vacanze molto tranquillo. La posizione è strategica perchè in pochi minuti si può raggiungere il centro (con una sicurissima strada ciclopedonale) ma anche partire per varie escursioni o per sciare. La casa è confortevole e molto pulita con tutto ciò che serve. Sono rimasta colpita dalla cucina molto fornita di tutti gli utensili, cosa non scontata. Pulito e funzionale anche il bagno. Il riscaldamento funziona perfettamente e anche l'acqua calda non ci ha dato problemi nonostante abbiamo fatto 7 docce di fila. Ultima chicca la vista spettacolare dal balcone. Super consigliato!

Gabriella è super gentile, ha risposto prontamente a tutti i messaggi e, alla fine, tramite un po' di difficoltà (non dipendenti da lei, la strada per arrivare in paese era chiusa causa frana creando non pochi disagi quando ci siamo spostati) siamo arrivati alla casa. Tipica casa di campagna/rurale, con buonissimi comfort. Arredi e infissi un po' datati ma non ci abbiamo badato, la posizione era bellissima e la tranquillità estrema. Ideale per gruppi. con piscina, giardino e barbecue (siamo stati in 10). Bagno un po' stretto, ma funzionalissimo. Consigliato per vacanza in relax, i sentieri e la natura circostante è a portata di mano!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

We waren sprakeloos bij aankomst: wat een mooi en fijn huis en enorme tuin, landgoed, er om heen. We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen duidelijke instructies. We hebben enorm genoten met de kinderen en kleinkinderen en familie en de hond. fijn verblijf, goede keuken en badkamers en lekkere bedden. heerlijk en goed onderhouden zwembad. ongeveer 7 minuten rijden naar t dorpje, waar een heerlijke pizza bakker is, om pizza's af te halen, tip van de eigenaar, adres us beschikbaar in de villa. boodschappen zijn goed te doen, ca 15 minuten rijden, bij een tigre supermarkt. we hebben leuke uitstapjes gemaakt: naar Rome, met de trein, naar Rieti, erge leuke stad, en we hebben bij zonsopkomst een mooie wandeling gemaakt vanuit t huis. verder lekker genoten van dit prachtige verblijf met elkaar. in de avond zaten we met zijn allen op een rij, boven op onze berg, in de tuin en genoten we van een prachtige zonsondergang. een magistrale plek voor een topvakantie! From the moment we arrived, Barbara made us feel at home —offering local tips and warm smiles that never felt forced. The Apartment and grounds are immaculate. Comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, and close to Sulmona. And then there’s Ellie — the adorable, friendly family pup who quickly became the highlight of our trip. Always happy for a cuddle or to join us for a stroll, she added a comforting, homey touch that made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking to unwind and soak in the beauty of Italy with some truly wonderful company. 🌞🇮🇹🐾 5/5 stars – We can't wait to return!

L'appartamento è pulitissimo e ben attrezzato e si trova in una zona splendida. Trovare l'host non è stato complicato e abbiamo ricevuto ogni informazione utile. Lo consigliamo per un soggiorno tranquillo nell'Appennino abruzzese.

Both Stefania and her parents were very helpful, friendly and accommodating and they were always available if we needed anything. The home is beautiful and in a stunning location, that is not too far from either the mountains or towns and shops. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Ideaal verblijf voor mensen die houden van rust, stilte en natuur. Privacy is helemaal gegarandeerd. De gastvrouw en -heer zijn vriendelijke en correcte mensen. De prijs komt overeen met wat je krijgt. De communicatie verliep zeer vlot. Mijn vrouw en ik hadden het hier erg naar onze zin. Nogmaals dank aan de familie Blaas.

Authentique et chaleureux L'accueil a été exceptionnel, toujours disponibles, serviables et remplis de bienveillance. Ce lieu est un véritable paradis niché en pleine nature, loin du bruit et de la pollution. Un cadre paisible et superbe où l'on se sent immédiatement bien. Chaque instant ici m’a rappelé les doux souvenirs de mon enfance chez mes grands-parents. Tout était parfait, du confort intérieur à l’atmosphère magique qui règne ici. Si vous cherchez un endroit où vous pourrez vous détendre et vous ressourcer, n’hésitez pas une seule seconde ! J’ai séjourné ici en mois de mai et le climat était idéal. Un véritable havre de paix où l’on a envie de revenir encore et encore. Si vous adorez la nature et la simplicité, c’est le meilleur endroit pour les vivre pleinement. Mettez vos smartphones de côté, profitez du temps et du moment présent, qui rappellent une époque magnifique et précieuse, une époque qui n’existe plus aujourd’hui. Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, die Wohnung super zentral gelegen und gut erreichbar. Besonders angenehm war das kühle Raumklima, ideal bei sommerlichen Temperaturen. Ein Pluspunkt für mich: Hunde sind willkommen! Insgesamt eine entspannte, freundliche Atmosphäre... ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
