Vacation rentals with a patio in Lucoli

Vito was a super attentive and helpful host to meet our needs, the perfect apartment for a family of 4 like us and equipped with every comfort. The residence where the apartment is located is very nice and located in a functional position both to reach the services in the village of Rocca di Mezzo and the attractions of the area. Very satisfying experience, to be repeated!

Liliana was always very helpful and very friendly. The apartment was perfect for our stay. It is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The location is very quiet and perfect for relaxation. We were able to explore the beautiful Monte Livata and have lots of fun in nature. We had a wonderful time! Thank you for everything. Very nice chalet as shown in the photos. We were 4 people, spacious, clean with very comfortable beds with everything you need in the kitchen, quiet area 6 km from L'Aquila, Domenico is a very attentive host (you ask, he answers immediately)😊. He sent us all the detailed description for check-in (and the video where to put the bikes with a video). I recommend it, thank you Domenico, we had a great time.

A lovely apartment in the mountains.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Well kept, present and kind host. In my opinion, a very comfortable bed. Perfect temperature regulation, very comfortable. Well lit and functional bathroom. Beautiful view from the windows and balcony. Quiet but very central area. Highly recommended!

Stefano's apartment is perfect for those who plan to spend a few days of tranquility in a beautiful part of Abruzzo, in the middle of the Gran Sasso park. Spacious, fully equipped, clean, with a garden overlooking the surrounding mountains. The apartment is perfect for families, even with small children. The added value of this apartment is definitely the hospitality of Stefano and his family. Stefano's father, Dino, welcomed me and my family as fraternal friends, giving excellent advice on the area and even helping us with the housekeeping (on several occasions, even early in the morning, he helped me light the fireplace). Stefano even brought us some great meat from the butcher shop where he works. In short, perfect accommodation and incredible hospitality! When we go to Abruzzo, we will definitely return to this home!

Daniela and Piero are two super hosts! Precise, helpful, attentive and very welcoming. The property was a wonderful discovery. We felt at home, attention to detail and services above the norm. There were three of us, with our furry friend Pongo. An entire garden at your disposal; a lawn that would be the envy of a golf course. The house offers everything you need and much more… see Sky subscription, emergency lights and good breakfast. We left with the desire to return, full of joy for having met fantastic people and seen wonderful places. Thank you guys for everything!!!

The Pink House was perfect for our family of 5! We all had a nice quiet clean bedroom and the most equipped Airbnb kitchen ever! There is a lovely back terrace and room to dry clothes. Mairi was a very helpful host with so many suggestions on local gems (there are endless options for hikes and activities and of course dining as well!). She was very responsive and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed lake Scanno and visiting family in Pacentro which is breathtaking! Thank you for having us!

Cozy, clean house, kitchen equipped with everything, as well as the bathroom. A few hundred meters from the highway exit. Self check-in is very practical and very courteous host in responding immediately to one of our difficulties. The only small defect, (definitely negligible), the window door curtain allows you to see the inside of the house, and since there is the bathroom adjacent to the furniture store that is in the back, the possibility of being able to obscure the view from the outside could be useful. We'll definitely be back.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

Fonteavignone is a delightful village, we arrived with snow and the atmosphere was magical. Amenities and ski slopes just minutes away. The accommodation, very clean, was equipped with everything, beyond expectations. Alessia proved to be a precise and helpful host. We will definitely be back.

We loved the house because it's a grand old two-storey Italian home, with furnishings kept in elegant period style by the owners. The front door opens to a sweeping staircase that wouldn't look out of place in the movies. The house is huge: up to five double bedrooms, formal & informal living spaces, a large and a small kitchen and three bathrooms. There's also a beautiful garden. As for parking we generally found car spots in the street outside. Definitely the classiest place to stay at when in Luco dei Marsi.

This is such a beautiful area! We had a long weekend out of the city and it was perfect. The views are stunning, and the place comes equipped with everything you might need. Elena was responsive and helpful. A hidden gem!

I had the pleasure of staying in Claudia’s BnB for almost two months and cannot recommend it enough. The place is clean, has good amenities, and is generally comfortable to stay in. Claudia is an incredibly kind and helpful person. The exact neighborhood the BnB is in is not perfect as a lot or buildings damaged during the earthquake are still undergoing reconstruction. However, taking the finished buildings in the center as reference, the BnB’s area has a very promising future. Because I was here for work reasons, I cannot comment too much about vacation life. However, the town has plenty of restaurants and cafes in the center and is quite well-connected for day trips like hikes, the various castles and small towns, and even Rome. Although L’Aquila is not an incredibly big town, it is surprisingly lively, making it a great place to be. Again, I cannot recommend L’Aquila and Claudia’s BnB enough. When I come back, I hope I can stay at Casa Renzo again.

A friend and I chose Enrico's accommodation as a stop for our motorcycle tour and we couldn't be happier. Enrico and his wife immediately made us feel at home, combining hospitality and very interesting conversations. You won’t regret it. If the opportunity arises again, I'll be happy to come back.

the apartment is one of the best of our road trip! it has a breathtaking view. the attentions of chiara are just wonderful after a long journey. the breakfast delivered to the door is so nice! it's an undeniable plus. the cleanliness of the apartment, communication with chiara and her husband who remain available for all our questions. the bedding is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. in short you will not regret it! nothing but the village is worth it! in addition we have forgotten an object and she will try to send it to us! beautiful people!

Lisa and Paul are nice and very kind hosts, they welcomed us cordially and the house was really nice, spacious and well furnished. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Our two children also had a great time. Recommended to everyone.
