Ideal for 2 guests, it can accommodate up to 4 guests with the sofa bed. The living room boasts a dining table, sofa, two armchairs, and a smart TV, while free wifi is available throughout. The bathroom includes a full-sized bath with an overhead shower and a heated towel rail. Die Langlaufloipe ist 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Kinderskilift in Valtgeva ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Wellness und Erlebnisbad sind in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Metzger, Sportgeschäft usw. Die Wohnung ist super geeignet für Familien und Paare.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.
