We had such a great and fun weekend! And the place is just 3 min walk to the beach. The place was also comfy and had everything we needed! Hosts are also so understanding and very responsive. Would definitely go back here :)

I decided to stay here because of the location's accessibility. The place is very peaceful and clean! I really like the bed; that's an 11/10 for me. I like the thermostat shower. I will definitely come back here when I come back nearby.

Great accomodation, sulit for its price. Not that squeaky clean some areas need some cleaning, maybe because of the confusion with the booking dates. Great view of the fish pond. We used all the utilities available, the tree house, karaoke, swimming pool, basketball ring. There are areas which are very cute for photos like the stairs. 2 mins walk to the beach. The beach is okay, great for swimming but do bot expect too much. We did have fun during the high tides because of the waves, just make sure to wear aqua shoes or any slipper because there are lots of glass. Overall, we had a great stay. Will recommend this if you really want a sulit and addordable family vacation. 10k for 25 pax, the Villa can accomodate even 35pax. Thank you.

Cindy’s place was clean. Complete with cooking utensils. Had plenty of room and bathrooms. It was quiet that we had a good nights rest. It’s conveniently located by the diversion. Cindy provided fresh fruits and beautiful flowers for my family and I to enjoy. Cindy was a great host.

The place is super relaxing, with a beautiful ambiance. The hosts are responsive and generous, plus Kuya Pandoy (the caretaker) is very helpful and accommodating if you need anything bought. They allowed us to check in early (1 hr before our check-in time) and roam around their other listing place. They were all very welcoming and even gave us a bunch of big mangoes before we left. This was one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at! Before the trip, Anne was very responsive and prompt with answering all my questions and provided info to help make our stay great 🏡 It was a good drive going to the farm. Just a note, there is a small portion of unpaved road so not recommended for lowered sedans or sedans with a lot of baggage and many passengers. No problem for SUVs and the like. The farm itself is beautiful! Peaceful and with so much activities to do that 2 nights isn't enough. Everyone enjoyed the ATV, karaoke and the pool. You can even have a bonfire at night! It also felt like you were at a hotel because there were towels provided and loved that bathrooms were stocked! Our dogs enjoyed the space and being in the main house. Hospitality was fantastic, especially when we arrived and were checking out. We were provided with a walkie talkie to communicate with the staff who were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the farm & we hope to return and stay longer

Lovely stay! Home was close to the mall and equipped with everything from the swimming pool to the PS5 and games—perfect to keep the whole family entertained. Would love to visit again.

We had a good Christmas Eve here; the event area with pool side is the best selling point for me. We’ve made a lot of fun activities which require a huge space. Resorts staff were very accommodating, the pool is clean with jacuzzi on the side. The rooms were clean, bedsheets and toilet were clean too. Will recommend this gem to my friends.

When we first stumbled upon this house on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Aireen is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The place is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible.

The place is perfect for family outing. 10/10 is my rating. My takeaways are: 1st issue is the road after the gate, sedan cars might struggle a little bit and also the water in the restroom has low pressure. These issues are manageable but everything’s good. Also, the host & caretaker are very responsive!

First of all, Jay was a remarkable host. He provided us with helpful instructions prior to our visit and greeted us personally when we reached the place. The place is easily accessible through Sariaya Bypass. We arrived earlier than check-in time but he did let us in so we could settle down and put our things inside. As we were early, the pool is still filling up with water as they always replace it with every guest to ensure it's clean and fresh. As we arrived, there was a complimentary refreshment. Jay gave me a quick tour of the house and its amenities. Cooking was a breeze as they got the utensils that we needed. There were some ingredients we forgot to bring but there were stores outside and we were able to buy them without the need to go back to Sariaya market. The PS5 and karaoke were spot on as my Dad is a gamer and my Mom is a singer. The grill was awesome as well (not your ordinary grill). Overall, it was a great stay. Though still being developed, it was almost perfect.

Although we weren't able to complete our full stay at Cortijo de Pagsalbangon due to an unexpected health emergency, we still had such a really good experience. The host and staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We requested extra towels, blankets, and a few other things, and everything was provided right away :) The place itself was peaceful, and honestly, you can really see how much care they put into keeping the place cozy and welcoming. It’s also a huge plus that the surroundings was private. Even with our early departure, we felt taken care of the whole time. We’d definitely love to come back someday to fully enjoy the place!

The place is very accessible. Its near stores and restaurants which are open 24 hours. We arrived late at night and the host is kind enough to wait for us. A great place for a stopover when driving long distance to Quezon province.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is very spacious with a garden, swimming pool, pavillion with billiards and videoke, kubos, the main house and we added extra rooms since we had last minute joiners. We had the entire place to ourselves and it was surprisingly budget-friendly! Our favorite spot was the lanai, where we all gathered comfortably, sharing food and laughter while the kids played on the mat with a wide low table and toys they could borrow.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed—and more! We appreciated the thoughtful touches like free paper cups, complimentary items and a refrigerator stocked with drinks at reasonable prices. The hosts and kuya were warm, very accommodating, so generous and attentive—- you don’t often come across people this wonderful! We are so grateful for the experience and will surely come back! Highly recommended!! ❤️❤️❤️

it's a clean, nice, cozy place, easy to find, secure place. The place has a good vibes. The host is very responsive and accommodating, 👍👍 And personaly I like the 2 friendly cats.
