We've been staying at Raphael's whenever we are visting my relatives in Lucena. It's always feels like home. Raphael has always been a good host, very responsive and accomodating. DCEA is our place to be when we do our bicol trips. The host is very friendly and responsive. Place is very near SM city Lucena where you walk around during your stay. Thank you for hosting us once again.
