We offer a bright, very spacious, cozy and fully furnished attic apartment. The very large balcony (about 3 x 7 m) with a western orientation has a high leisure and recreational value, especially in the evening. Our house is idyllically located on the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Ober- and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions to both regions. Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.
