Das Haus wurde komplett modernisiert und saniert, wobei der Studiocharakter des ehemaligen Architekturbüros erhalten blieb. Our unique apartment is located in the beautiful district Steglitz in a quiet, tree-lined side street (dead end). The houses has been completely modernized and refurbished, preserving the studio character of the former architectural office.

Situated on the fifth floor, this airy and light-flooded one-room apartment offers everything you might need for your stay like a freshly renovated kitchen and bathroom and an excellent public transport connection. The apartment has one double bed and two single beds. On request, there's a foldable baby bed available. Please be aware, that there is no elevator in the building. Hello! My name is Ronald, born and raised in this city. In my flat up to 3 people can stay. There is a big living room with access to the breath-taking balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom also provides a soothing bathtub for cold winter days. Attention: third floor, no elevator! Not recommended for elderly people who struggle with climbing stairs. Balcony with a view over Berlin. It is close to “Rathaus Steglitz” (a big crossing with subway and train station).
