It is an ancient and characteristic Stazzo well restored and made habitable, functional and equipped with every service (washing machine, hairdryer, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, TV). The two outdoor spaces belonging to the house are very beautiful and enjoyable. The outdoor pergola with wisteria and breakfast table, kissed by the first morning sun, while on the opposite side, a sort of natural patio with stone flooring and some olive trees, shade the large space that can be used for lunch and dinner.

On the first row by the sea, the Granito villa enjoys an excellent location a few meters from the sea, but also from the Piazzetta where there are markets, bars, restaurants and small shops.
