The apartment is on the top floor of a detached villa. 70 sqm arranged over two bedrooms, a bathroom and a bright living area. The apartment has two large balconies where you can dine. Recently finished and furnished with care, it offers a modern kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric oven, gas stove, pots and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, shower, and washing machine. Towels and bed linen are provided upon request. Wi-Fi is not available.
