Relax with friends and family at this peaceful mountain getaway. You’ll be welcomed with heated floors at your feet and a wall of glass that overlooks snow covered pines. Downstairs bedroom near full bath. Upstairs has a bedroom with 2 beds and a sleeping loft with 1 bed. Half bath upstairs. Unwind in front of the fireplace or watch a movie or play some games upstairs in the loft. Very close to:Boreal, Royal Gorge, Donner Ranch and Sugar Bowl. Sledding walking distance. We have sleds.

The Valley House is located in Sierraville, which is a small town nestled in the corner of the great Sierra Valley with great food, hot springs, and recreation opportunities within walking or biking distance.

Great place to stay any time of the year. Nestled in the northeastern corner of the Sierra Valley sits a cute and cozy loft above our barn shaped shop. Come enjoy all the area has to offer. Our property sits just 15 minutes from Frenchman Lake, 25 minutes from Graeagle, and 30 minutes from Reno. In Gold Country

Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer and coffee. The mountain tap water is great to drink. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a Fire TV set up for streaming shows. Another Fire TV is in the bedroom. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)
