Perfect accommodation (family of 2 adults, 2 young children). Three large and beautiful bedrooms, very nice living room overlooking the harbor. All the necessities are there. The location is perfect. And the exchanges with Gary are quick and efficient. I would highly recommend it, and I hope to be back soon!

Very clean apartment with the amenities you need. Natacha is very available and responsive. We came for a football tournament in Yews, the apartment is in a very good location. Thank you and hopefully see you next year!

Lovely little apartment, lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable over the extended weekend and found everything you need for a short vacation. If you come by car, you should park in front of the gates of the city, which works very easily thanks to a direct bus connection. The stairs to the apartment are steep, which was no problem for us.

Ideal for a couple or couple with a child. Very well located near the beach and the seaside which takes you directly to the city center in a few minutes' walk The small garden is very nice for breakfast in the sun or meals. Dominique is a thoughtful, very responsive and welcoming host. Messaging exchanges are very appreciable

Jacqueline is a great host, very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation matches the photos, everything is well done and practical (towels, tissues, blanket). We had a great time. The only downside would be that for 10 people, 2 bathrooms (including one in the master suite) is a little tight and the fridge a little small, but when you come as a family you adapt and it works! We'll keep this address for next time. 😉 Thanks again for everything Jacqueline, it was great!!!! 🤗

Wonderful stay at this gite. It was a surprise for my partner, to spend a moment just the two of us, and the atmosphere of the cottage was perfect, Karen was a great host. Available, smiling and concerned about our well-being. I would highly recommend it!!

A wonderful little Gite as part of an old Watermill. The water lily’s were spectacular. Gave us a real sense of France to start our holiday and a really peaceful night. Our two dogs loved it and were safe as it was gated all round. Christine is lovely and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great stay ! The location and house was wonderful. The pool was great and such a lovely surprise that it was heated ! Only thing was that our dog had to be shut in a couple of times because of a cat but it was fine. Couple who owned this listing were very helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

We loved staying at the apartment. Just a few minutes walk from the centre attractionsand restaurants. Free parking close by. Quiet, very clean, everything we needed for our stay. Although not large plenty big enough for a couple. Super shower room. 10 out of 10.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well arranged studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence overlooking the beach with direct access, great! Perfect location for different walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the owner from the city, gave us valuable information to improve our stay, and he was also a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

We were warmly received. We were shown around and everything was shown to us. The area is very nice and you can do a lot. A walk on the beach is a must. The place is very nice and offers everything you need.
