In addition to an unusual cottage boat moored in the port of Deauville, the estate contains four high quality equestrian cottages of totally artisanal design. With its many paths, the Pays d 'Auge offers you many ideas for horseback riding. Indeed, the Normandy Auge country is 2200 km² dedicated to horses and several racetracks where prestigious races are held throughout the year. (1 hr 10 min from Le Mans) A comfortable 45 m2 mini wooden house nestled among the trees, in the heart of the Réno-Valdieu state forest, extended by a large terrace and overlooking a beautiful 2 hectare pond. On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

Manoir du Bois Joly – Shepherd's huts

The "Bois Joly" Manor dates from the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou, it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th century, it became known for its breeding of Percheron horses. Since 1985, we have been restoring it in keeping with the traditional architecture of Perche. To share this fascinating story, the Shepherd's Huts welcome you! Departure possible on Sunday at the end of the day on request!

This unusual barrel in the heart of a quiet property will surprise you with its size. Enjoy a sleeping area with a 160/200 double bed as well as a dining area. Storage under the bed. Private dry toilets are installed a few meters from the barrel. Relax on the sun lounger in the shade of the trees and to the sound of birdsong. Electricity provided at the toilet. Water cans and necessities are provided for washing.

Gypsy caravan and Nordic bath

Restored gypsy caravan on our property. The trailer is equipped with a bed area and a kitchen area with sink and fridge as well as electricity. The trailer is not equipped with a bathroom but you will have a Nordic bath to relax in peace. Also: dry toilet, barbecue, bikes and a small outdoor terrace. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate but you can also have a packed lunch on order before your arrival
