I had a great stay at Alicia's place during Tulane's Bookfest 2025. My Tulane student lives off-campus less than 2 blocks from this home, so it was convenient to connect every day and to walk to campus together. It is worth noting (and the listing notes this) that there isn't a full kitchen. Just a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. But my student had a list of restaurants to visit and we went out and about every day, so we didn't need more. The fridge was great for keeping cold waters and leftovers! Nicely updated bathroom. Nice, simple furnishings. Had everything we needed. We had a little trouble getting in the gate the first day, but the owner was very responsive and the gate worked every day after that first day. We also enjoyed petting the resident dogs on our way in or out. Very sweet and friendly. I had a rental car and always found parking right out front or on the side street next to the house. All in all, would recommend, especially for parent visits like mine!

Charly’s studio apartment was lovely! We would highly recommend a stay here! It was much larger than we expected for a “studio” - very spacious, with a nice patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee. It was comfortable, very clean, with all the amenities we needed, including laundry. The location was perfect for our needs, close to family we came to visit, and an easy walk to several great restaurants. My husband used one of the two bicycles provided one evening to ride around City Park - a wonderful local attraction. Charly responded promptly to all messages. Space is exactly as described in a really lovely, artful part of the city with easy walking/biking/running to the Quarter or the Bywater neighborhood. Lots of green spaces nearby. Wifi is fast and great for remote work. Lots of restaurants and places to enjoy all around. Kitchen amenities limited as mentioned by hosts, so bring your appetite for enjoying out! Good to consider for longer stays perhaps.

We had a fantastic time exploring NOLA while staying in the bywater. The place has a cozy historic feel. We loved all of the local art on the walls. It is close to several shops, bars, cafes, and crescent park! Our hosts were very responsive and we would come again!

We loved celebrating our 10 year anniversary in New Orleans thanks to Maxie and Lydia allowing us a comfortable stay just close enough to up town. They were very responsive and flexible and knowledgeable of any questions I had. I definitely recommend this space to those who like a quiet escape from the city.

I can’t say enough good things about this place: it’s beautiful, stylish, finished to a high standard, lots of thoughtful touches, great outdoor space, and the location can’t be beat! Very comfy bed in a dark, peaceful bedroom and a well designed kitchen, bathroom and living room. Adorable neighbourhood with several great restaurants in walking distance. Danielle and Greg are right next door and really responsive if you have a question or need help; very friendly folks. Highly recommend.

I spent 10 days in Jules lovely AirBnb. I'm from Seattle and traveled to Covington, Louisiana for surgery. It was the perfect place to spend the beginning stages of my recovery :) My mother and Partner were along for the trip and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time in this space. Although we didnt take advantage of the walkability of the location, it was so wonderful to be surrounded by trees and also be right in the heart of town. so close to anything we needed during our stay. Our bed was extremely comfortable and made me feel so cozy during bedrest. Jules and William are excellent hosts! Very quick to respond, always polite, and super helpful. When I travel back to Covington for post-op appointments, I will definitely be booking this space again!

We had a great stay at Tonya’s place! The room had everything we needed. Tonya’s thoughtful touches really stood out. From the comfy bed and pillows, to the plush towels, water in the fridge, toiletries, books, and games. She thought of everything, making our stay very enjoyable. It was super comfortable and in a great location. Tonya and her neighbors were friendly and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. We felt welcomed. Also, the Tesla charger was a huge plus. We charged overnight, and the next morning we would just wake up and go, no time wasted at the supercharger. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in the area. Thanks again, Tonya!

Our stay at the Michigan Apartment was very nice and cozy. We appreciated the attention to detail in the cleanliness of the apartment. Host was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. It was a beautiful and safe area. We were very satisfied with our stay.

I rented this room for my wife and I on her birthday and it was perfect for what we needed. The house is a Creole-styled historical home, you really feel like you are experiencing the city in a special way by staying downtown. This is the best place we have stayed in Breaux Bridge so far. Tressie was very communicative, even allowing us to check in early which worked better for us. She was very responsive to our many questions and friendly, giving us numerous recommendations, most of which we could just walk to. Our room was clean and the decor was very unique and colorful, this is definitely a return trip and a hidden gem! One of the best parts of the whole stay was that Tressie has a studio across the street that she did not mind giving us a tour of. She is a local artist and had a large collection of her own art and a collection of vintage clothing and jewelry, which we were able to shop through. This made the trip extra special. We will be returning next time we need a getaway.

I had a fantastic 2-night stay at D's Cottage in Lake Charles. The spacious one-bedroom cottage is perfect for a relaxing getaway or home away from home spot when needed. The full kitchen and laundry amenities made my stay incredibly convenient. The cottage is centrally located with easy access to the airport and other attractions in the area. The host Deborah was exceptional, providing detailed tips and instructions that made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend D's Cottage for anyone looking for a place while in Lake Charles. I will definitely be the first place I look for each time I visit.

Very clean, great price, luggage rack was appreciated, and perfect location for our visit. Great job thinking of everything we would need. It was such a great experience that it inspired my wife to start her own Airbnb. We would definitely stay here again the next time we need to visit Bossier City. Thank you.

Had a great time staying at Annie's place. The host was professional, communicative and fun to talk to. The unit itelf was clean, organized and well maintained along with the surrounding area. We have stayed in several Airbnb rentals in New Orleans. All were good, but Eve's was by far the best. The house is spotless. The floor plan exceptional in that it lends itself to open areas to relax as well as providing spaces conducive to privacy and even distance work. The back yard and deck area is beautifully landscaped- a great space to enjoy a good book. There are two full and one half bath. The beds are comfortable. We like to bike to many destinations when we are in New Orleans. We usually rely on the Blue Bike System. Eve provided four bikes which were far more convenient. Eve is very responsive, but never overbearing. We will gladly return.

I had the best time here! Very quiet neighborhood, very peaceful area. Easy to find, and clean! It was super close to the hospital as well! Tracy was always so fast to respond whenever I needed anything. Will be staying here again for the next 11 weeks while i’m on my nurse contract!

Awesome space in a great neighborhood. Close to the citycars, but even walkable. Great friendly hosts with helpful tips. Always reacted fast and I am sure they would have been there if I would have needed more help. The folder with suggestions helped me a lot to find some awesome spots. Wished I could have stayed longer, but the rest of my trip was waiting

The place is homie, but not like granny’s house; super cute and cozy. Little art pieces, books, games, and just the color scheme.. very aesthetically pleasing. Close to everything. Quiet. We are locals and needed a place to stay while our movers helped us move out of our place. This was a great location and near our house. Close to the freeway to downtown as well.

Super cute, perfectly appointed unit in a fantastic location! Right in the heart of Abita Springs - walk to the local square, brew pub, etc., but still feels private. The space is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The coffee bar was a thoughtful touch as well. Will book again, the time we are in town!
