Son 3 departamentos independientes en este lugar, se comparte la alberca. No contamos con estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad pero pueden estacionarse afuera. Estamos cercas del mar! Hermosa Villa en el lugar mas tranquilo, cerca del mar y la selva, amueblada, Wi-Fi con velocidad variable(debido al área en la que se encuentra la velocidad no es muy grande), aire acondicionado en cada cuarto, servicio de televisión por Internet (Roku), alberca, amplios jardines, garage para un auto, cuenta con lavandería equipada y esta ubicada en una calle privada en la playa de los Ayala, Nayarit. Cocina, cochera para 2 autos, enfriador de agua, refrigerador, horno de microondas, plancha para ropa. No se permiten fiestas ni visitas en n la casa.
