Beautiful Villa in the quietest place, near the sea and the jungle, furnished, Wi-Fi connection with a speed of 1 mb (due to the area in which it is located, it is the maximum speed), air conditioning in each room, Internet TV service (Roku), swimming pool, large gardens, garage for one car, it has an equipped laundry room and is located on a private street on Playa de los Ayala, Nayarit. The main avenue is located 3 and a half blocks away, the beach is 2 blocks away. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly. You will find grocery stores, a small supermarket, a butcher shop, and a tortilla shop.
