Charming and clean villa on the lakefront in the tranquil park area of Härkälä Manor. Renovated and modernized with respect for the old. The vaulted cellars under the villa were built already at the end of the 16th century. The lakefront has a pier and a rowing boat. Nature trails and jogging terrain departing from the property's pedestrian bridge. Somero's downtown services are 2km walk away (4km by car). You can also check out the mansion's exhibition activities (museum card home). The owners live in the main building.

Peace, goodness in the countryside

The log house has fresh air, you'll get a good night's sleep. A respite from the hustle and bustle. The location is central: 1 hour drive to Helsinki, 30 min to Hyvinkää, Hämeenlinna 40 min. The house was built in 1914. The spirit of the villa is a bit like a detached house and a cottage in the countryside. The personal log house is like the story of Pippi Longstocking, not everything is completely finished - but the atmosphere is atmospheric. Is there a hot climate in the southern Europe right now and still getting worse when the summer season goes ahead? Why wouldn't you make an alternative holiday trip to Finland? We don't have ice bears on the streets, not at all. What we have is a fresh, green and humid nature. The temperature approx. +20 and a bit cooler nights. Swimming, forest walkings, rowing boat and our especially friendly way to take care of our foreign guests. This is Finland, only 4 hours flight from your home.

Villa Korte is cozy and modern Villa on the shore of lake Tömäjärvi. Newly renovated with modern needs in mind will keep you satisfied all year long. You will find king size (160cm) beds from both of the two bedrooms and one pull out couch in the living room. Sauna and shower facilities are located at the other end of the villa with direct access to the terraces, jacuzzi and along the wooden path to the pier. Note! Fully equipped beautiful villa just about an hour's drive from the Pirkkala region. The windows and terrace face a quiet lake with no motorboats. You can admire the sunsets while sitting on the couch. Quiet area, you can hardly see other cottages when sitting on the terrace. Drinking water comes from our own borehole, which adds to the comfort. There is a heated pool on the beach (extra charge).
