Stylish third-floor two-room apartment with a glazed balcony, in the center of Karkkila. The apartment is newly renovated. Bus station and all services within walking distance. Great place to stay for longer visits as well. Perfectly equipped kitchen. 50” flat screen TV. A 180cm wide bed in the bedroom. Two extra mattresses (90 +90cm) are available on the floor. Sheets and towels are included in the equipment of the apartment, as well as a washer. The home has a code lock. There is no elevator in the building.

Peace, goodness in the countryside

The log house has fresh air, you'll get a good night's sleep. A respite from the midst of a rush, a bunch of people. The location is central: 1 hour drive to Helsinki, 30 min to Hyvinkää., Hämeenlinna 40 min. The house is from 1914. The spirit of the villa is a bit like a detached house and cottage in the semi-detached area. A personal log house is like Pippi from the story of Longsuck, not everything is finally in the paint - but the atmosphere is atmospheric. If you need to host birthdays, please ask more:)

You can hang out in the yard and barbecue. For a nature lover, jogging opportunities, and you can also swim in the summer. There's also a popular frisbee golf course. The restaurant downstairs is karaoke on Fridays and Saturdays, causing noise. The property can be rented for 10 people in a cosy outdoor sauna with a fireplace.

Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included, big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you (house rules).

Nice old house, good location, stylish and yet cozy. Kitchen equipment exceeded expectations, coffee machine🙏. The yard is nice and the yard sauna is a nice bonus! Terrace and hot tub are great, a group of 6 women fit well for the weekend! Near Iso-Melkutin, a nice clear-watered lake surrounded by a nice hiking trail

Renovated facilities and a very good wood-fired sauna. Everything you can imagine you need was found. Friendly welcome. We liked the place.

We had a very relaxing stay at Katja's cabin. The environment is peaceful, green and comfortable. Being able to pick fresh blue berries for breakfast, using the sauna and barbecue were nice additions to our stay. Although we did not meet Katja due to our late evening arrival, she was very helpful and responsive. She's been a great help throughout our stay!
