The house is a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. There is only one apartment for rent in the house. There are three excellent restaurants nearby.

The appartement is placed in Lopar (Island Rab) very near sandy beach Mel and is surrounded with lovely nature and beautiful views on Sea & Hills. Apartment 2 has two bedrooms (4+1), kitchen, microwave, bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, balcony and all accessories (bed linen, towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils). Parking is also provided within the apartment. Near the apartment there is a shop, pharmacy, bakery, children's playground, restaurant, bus station, and the nearest beach is about 500 meters away. The most famous "Paradise Beach" is about 900 meters from our apartment.

Our newly renovated apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Rab, directly in the Middle street (Srednja ulica 20). The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi... All of our guests can park for free on the huge parking Brdo which is located behind hotel Valamar Imperial, cca 8 minutes walking distance to the apartment.
