The space now sleeps up to 4 people! Close access to hiking trails in Lyons, Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park and more! No pets allowed.

The space has a full kitchen and is a one bedroom, one bath carriage house that sleeps up to four people. This comfortable, quite, and uncluttered space was just constructed in 2016 and sits above our garage with no shared walls.
