Joseph's place was very nice. It was pretty spacious, clean, and was cool while it was hot outside. I think my only criticism was a couple of loud bangs over the bedroom early in the morning, but it wasn't a pattern and is not unusual for a basement unit. They are very friendly and responsive in messages. The bed was comfortable. We would stay here again in the future.

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Boulder. It was so comfortable, quiet, and so easy to feel comfortable in. Greg had great recommendations of the area too. Can't recommend it high enough!

Michael’s place was wonderful. We came on short notice to visit our grandmother in the hospital. He even offered an early check in to accommodate us.

This location was absolutely gorgeous! It was hard to tell where the actual entrance was because it was around the back, but besides that it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. Definitely considering coming back again soon!

Perfect place to stay in Boulder. Within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and trails. Beautiful and peaceful. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Nice, quiet place near a green area. I've spent over 2 weeks in early spring at the place and found it very comfortable. There is a nice garden with lots of birds, a sun room to relax and enjoy all this, and a regular part of the house with the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Around, there is a golf court, a few trails, a few of shops and cafes, and straight routes to the city center and the mountains. I've used a bike and it took around 20 minutes to get to the center and visit nearby places, it was very convenient. Anthony and Kersti are amazing hosts! During my stay, they helped me with whatever matters I've got and were always responsive and welcoming.

Truly an amazing air bnb. The hot tub and the dry sauna really made it a 5 star experience. Their local recommendations were spot on; we hiked Roxborough state park about 40 min based on their guide book and it was magical. Perfect spot for a couple or family

Ryan and Lindsay were very responsive from my initial inquiry to answering any questions throughout our stay. The space was clean and quiet. We did not hear noise from the living area above us. We generally are very low key and like to just putt around and keep to ourselves for the most part. They respected that and made sure we had what we needed at the same time. We appreciate the time we had away to just relax and be in a peaceful quiet place. Thank you!!

Gretchen and Chris were fantastic hosts while we explored the Denver area! The Airbnb was wonderfully comfy, clean, and provided ample amenities to recoup after a busy day of exploring. We appreciated how close it was to the heart of Denver, and that they offered us some fantastic food recommendations. We truly felt at home here— we would come back!

My wife and I had a wonderful time! It was so nice that we even changed our plans and decided to cook home on the grill and kitchen and have dinner on the table outside before enjoying the very modern jacuzzi. Wonderful time! Very nice hosts! Highly recommend

Great place to stay, Marcia was very kind and warm in all in interactions. She made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible, including expected weather conditions before my arrival. As well as notice of road construction in the area of the home accommodating me driveway parking for extra convenience. I will stay here again while visiting my son that lives in the area. Christine was an awesome host! Very kind and responsive. You can tell she really cares about the little details. My husband and I stayed a week for our honeymoon and it was the perfect spot. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was peaceful and quiet. Would 100% recommend if you’re looking for a clean home-like space with a great host.

Do NOT hesitate to book this air bnb! Great host, great space to use as your home base when in Denver. In addition, 5 min away is a hip little neighborhood with great restaurants with offerings for morning coffee to dinner. Space well cared for, immaculate, well thought out details and wonderful responsive host. Honestly, do not hesitate to book!
