A new comfortable couch in the living room has a pull-out queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. New fully equipped kitchen that includes, refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, microwave, sink with disposal, dishwasher and coffee maker. Only one pet allowed (no cats) on the premises with the registered guest.

Come stay in our recently built and thoroughly modern carriage house in Prospect - named "America's Coolest Neighborhood" by Dwell magazine. The space has a full kitchen and is a one bedroom, one bath carriage house that sleeps up to four people. Prospect is a new urban development with tree-lined streets, multiple parks, restaurants, and retail stores. This comfortable, quite, and uncluttered space was just constructed in 2016 and sits above our garage with no shared walls.

Welcome to our cozy little studio apartment above garage next to the Church of 1906. This recently renovated space is perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a comfortable and private stay. It also offers additional space for large parties staying in our Church House next door. The apartment features a kitchen, a comfortable queen bed and pull out couch! Taller guests should keep in mind the walls are slanted so you may need to watch your head through the hallway.
