Great and very accommodating

Gene was an amazing host. We lived here for a few months and I have nothing but positive thinge to say about the host. Gene always responded when I reached out with questions. My husband needed an at home office and there wasn't originally a desk space. Gene immediately went out and purchased a stand-up desk for him! The home is also within walking distance to several parks and a few ponds. Downtown Longmont is only a few minutes away. We had a great stay. Thank you, Gene!

We were in town for a wedding and this Airbnb was perfect for our stay. We loved checking out Main Street in Longmont, lots and lots to do. A huge plus was coming home after a long day of being tourist and enjoying the hot tub and all the backyard had to offer. Our friends that stayed with us could not stop talking about Silvia’s home. Thank you for a wonderful, feel like at home stay. Would recommend.

This was a great spot for a weekend getaway! We loved the amenities, especially the dome for stargazing, the pool table, and the sauna. There’s also a fenced in dog run, which was a great touch and allowed us to safely hang outside with the pups. The views from the front deck are awesome as well. Brad was a great host, and we would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying here and we loved it! Fresh eggs, beautiful views, peaceful, and Daniel and Dee are wonderful!

🌱Exceeded expectations for our long weekend of Red Rocks, Block Party, Casa Bonita and Meow Wolf. 🌱The decorations/themed rooms made every moment feel like an experience. A surprise around every corner that brought excitement to everything we did. 🌱Of course the biggest excitement was the mystery room- think reverse escape room- 🌱That’s not to downplay the counterpart to the mystery solving and brain teasers— the relaxation and calm of the sauna, cold plunge and jacuzzi. 🌱Our masseuse, Storm, was phenomenal- true artist at her craft, a healer. 🌱Our driver to Red Rocks, Huysein, was very friendly and nothing beats the convenience of having a ride 🌱John = most PLUR host and human. He is so easy to communicate with. Even just though messages, I feel the care you have for your home and guests 🌱All the usual things people like to hear about in reviews-perfect! Details go above and beyond. He’s thought of every thing. (Ran out of characters-take my word for it, we’ll be back)

This was a lovely home in a nice neighborhood. It had everything available for our stay. Immaculate, inviting, and peaceful.

This place was great. The whole family felt at home. The yard out back was a great place to chill in the evening. In a movie neighborhood. Would totally stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Scott and Kate’s place! It’s very cozy, clean, and we felt right at home. Scott and Kate are both extremely kind, flexible, and responsive. We’d definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing. The unit was comfy and cozy and very clean. It also had everything you might need. The property is very peaceful and is convenient for hiking, mtn biking, and heading in to Nederland. Tim was a great host! I'll be staying here again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay in Idaho Springs. Sonja's bnb is very well thought through. We enjoyed playing pool and exploring the vinyls collection. And the bathroom even has a bidet! Would absolutely recommend this airbnb and looking forward to staying here again.

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

Our stay at the Empty Nest was comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is safe and the location is convenient to pretty much anything you'd want to do in FOCO. Glenn is attentive but not intrusive. We were happy with our visit & will likely return.

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet and cozy cabin. We were there for a graduation so only slight downside was driving back and forth to U of Colorado. That said, it was nice to be in the country and out of Boulder.

We had a lovely stay! Stacy's communication was over the top helpful, informative, and friendly. We were visiting friends in Fort Collins and this was a great central location, very near Old Town, and it was very nice, private, and quiet!

Our stay at the A frame was amazing! The location is perfect for any of the local towns you would like to explore. And the local restaurants are GREAT. It was so relaxing and we had everything we needed. Whitney also does a great job at making sure you feel welcome and your stay is special with small details. We loved relaxing in the hot tub, and watching the birds, squirrels and deer as we enjoyed outside. This was our first time in Colorado and it exceeded our expectations! We are ready for our next trip!

it was a nice get away. the owners had great instructions on getting there and how things in the house functions. they had everything I would need, except for food of course. but a store is close by if needed. the furniture was comfortable and pet friendly. If the weather was better, I would have laid in the hammock all day and night. hot tub is big enough for a party and I used the grill for every meal. if there was a large party, just be warned there is only 1 bathroom. that was no issue for me since it was just me and my doggie. the view was very decent for the area and there was much privacy. I got to see the stars during the night a d some of the mountains during the day. I would book again and I would recommend.

Amazing and well thought out place! It has a Well equipped kitchen with Everything needed to cook a nice meal, responsive host, quiet, clean and cozy. We will be back!!

Absolutely would stay here again and recommend! Beautiful spot! Very modern and clean! Close to a lot of great activities such as hikes, restaurants, distilleries, breweries, ice cream, the Stanley Hotel, downtown Estes, etc. The one ask would be slightly better toilet paper, but that’s pretty minor! Great kitchen, bathroom, plenty of sleeping spots, hot tub, fire pit, grill, old video game systems, and a record player (with records) and Bluetooth! Quick and helpful responses too!

The description downplays how cool this place is! perfect for 2 people but could hold more. The trail out back climbs up to get the killer views. It was raining a little but the sandy soil doesnt even get muddy or slick. There's a bunch of chipmunks running around giving that "were in Nature feel" We will be back!

The Bird House was a beautiful property- serene and restorative. The views were stunning, and the home itself was cozy and inviting. It rained/misted/hailed for nearly our entire stay, so we weren't able to explore the area as much as we had hoped, but the fireplace and hot cocoa were perfect. We played several of the games provided, and even watched a movie while the weather was at its worst; however the covered porch with firepit and Hottub were still inviting. Parking was tricky in our F150, but we managed. One more thing, if you're not used to the altitude, be sure to pack something to help with that. My daughter struggled on the first day/night, and we had to drive into town for some medicine. Overall, a wonderful accommodation. I would recommend it to anyone! Be sure to check out Maxwell falls, if you can.

I had an excellent stay at this location. Cozy cabin on the mountain with some standout amenities. Hard to come up with anything bad or negative to say about the experience. Location is as-described in the listing. Getting to the location was not an issue. Private and surrounded by everything you would expect for a mountain local. Clean air, lots of trees, great views and the sound of nearby creek was a nice bonus. The dog had a good time with it. Projector was simple enough to use, very bright and kinda fun watching the screen lower and raise into place. Really enjoyed the upstairs bedroom and the motorized roof window that opens up. Great to watch the stars and listen to nature at night. The sound of the creek was awesome once you opened up the window. Had a restful and deep sleep for the stay. The bathtub was probably the only downside. I am too tall to fit into it comfortably at 6 feet. Would highly recommend this location for anyone looking to get away and recharge.

This place is amazingly beautiful. The fire pit and hot tub on the deck make it all next level. There’s so much attention to detail in amenities! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone!
