We really enjoyed Douglas and Typhaine's house. It is not only very well located, a ten-minute walk from Bud Bud, but also functional, comfortable, with a special mention for the renovation and high-quality decor. Note that having a fairly large car, I preferred not to park on the land, the place seemed a little tight. Anyway, in June, I was able to park on the street without any problems. I hope to be back soon!

A beautiful apartment, well equipped and very quiet, rural location. 5 min from the beach. Beach walk and cycling routes. Our host welcomed us in person and is particularly kind.

La terriere is a quiet suburb of La Tranche. The apartment is only a mile from the long, gorgeos beaches of la terriere and la conche. Its a fairly easy walk or if you have your bicycles, just over 5 minutes to the beaches. The apartment lies on an east/west axis. This means you can enjoy sunrises from the bedroom and sunsets from the very private sun terrace. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you will need for your stay. Line and Phillipe were very warm, inviting hosts. Much to my shame, my french was too poor to get to know them better. The only observation is that due to the steps leading to the apartment, it may not be easy for those with physical impairments. Other than that point, i would strongly recommend Line and Phillipes accommodation

Ideal for couple . Location of the studio in the center, making it unnecessary to travel by car (close to the sea, restaurants, shops, casino, etc.) Victorian, very available and accommodating. We recommend this beautiful place!! Thanks to Victorien for this lovely getaway!! David and Magalie

Corinne is such an amazing and responsive host, and her place was exactly what we needed. Would 100% recommend. A bit about the apartment: it looked exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Its location probably can’t be better since it was right by the pier of Saint-Martin, a very charming and calm village. Now, the real stars were the hosts. Corinne herself was very responsive and proactive and even though she wasn’t there at check-in, she arranged for a family member to not only be there and greet us, but also drive us from the La Rochelle train station to the island. She also called the bus company to confirm our bus time upon departure and was kind enough to allow a later check in so we had a place to leave our belongings while waiting for our train. Overall, amazing hosts. Thank you!

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the Ile de Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental next door, friendly). The added bonus is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

The sea is at the end of the path through the pine forest as indicated on the listing... just follow the sound of the waves. Small downside: tennis and volleyball court not at all maintained... Excellent pool!!

Hi, My parents loved the stay, quiet, really close to the sea, no noise at night or during the day. They liked everything they did and especially going to the beach on foot. Jean Michel and Christine responded to their request very quickly and efficiently. They were happy and came back relaxed and soothed from their stay. Which I think they'll be happy to do again. i highly recommend it.

This apartment is in a great location with views over the harbour and the sea. It is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We like that once there it is possible to leave your car in its parking space and walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. A lovely place for a calm and restful holiday.
