Situate in the heart of Devon, the flat has a kitchenette, combined living and sleeping area and a separate toilet and shower. It’s a charming “tiny house” which is completely independent of the main house with its own parking spot. The upstairs bedroom/living area is delightful - you look out onto the garden on all sides. It’s a very quiet location but only a few minutes stroll to the university, city centre, cathedral and canal. Reclaimed wooden floors throughout and a super comfortable double bed.
