Perfect accommodation for 2. Comfortable bed. Good shower with lashings of hot water and nice toiletries. The view is beautiful. Great location.

We stayed in Candy's farmhouse annex for a long weekend with my parents-in-law, whilst down for a family event in Totnes. The location was perfect - such a short drive to Totnes, whilst being surrounded by wonderful countryside! We were given a great tour on arrival, of the annex and the huge garden, by Candy's husband Phil. The children felt immediately at home, and very much enjoyed exploring the garden and bouncing on the trampoline. The annex itself was spacious and perfectly comfortable, with plenty of hot water for great showers and heating so that we never felt cold, even when the evenings were chilly. We had a wonderful time playing boardgames in the evenings, and Phil was kind enough to bring over some extra games and comic books for the children, which they greatly appreciated. We had a really lovely time and would definitely stay there again in future! Thank you, Candy and Phil, for making us feel so welcome in your lovely home!

Lovely place. So clean and comfortable. Perfect for a short stay. Really easy to find, park and check in. I did a self check in this time though Francesca was very responsive if I needed. I loved the garden setting and the additional space of the hallway which is like an extra little room. I sat at the door with my cup of tea watching the birds in the garden. Very happy and would stay again.

We had a lovely stay, the flat was clean and comfortable with all the amenities that we could require during our short stay. Amy was a lovely host, communicating quickly via Airbnb and left a good selection of info about the flat and surrounding area. There was adequate parking for the car and we were able to park up for a couple of days and enjoy what Totness had to offer. The town centre was a walkable distance, though up hill on the return. We found good cafes and take-aways for eating and lovely shops for browsing in. We enjoyed trips to both the Castle and the Steam Railway. We hope to stay again in the future.
