Beautiful view of the ocean, family had a great time. They enjoyed the pools and the beach. Quick access to the beach, restaurants near by to include a nice ice cream shop near by. On the 3rd floor of The parking garage you can unload to your room and they have carts.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The view is breathtaking in person. The host is fantastic, super responsive, and easy to communicate with. The place has everything you need for a beach vacation. We will definitely be back!

Condo was stocked with amenities and clean

VERY satisfied with our stay! Listing was just as pictured, bargain priced, and host was very responsive! Several amenities came with listing, all of which were useful! Views from condo unit are just as listed, beautiful! Location was perfect for walking to nearby sites, grocery/convenient stores within 3-minute drive! Can’t wait for next summer’s visit! Bring lots of sunscreen!

This Airbnb was great! The location was perfect, super close to everything we wanted to see. The place itself was clean, stylish, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Matthew Place It is adorable, an apartment very equipped for 6 people the place is very wide and very clean love my stay here, and I will repeat it again the place the location near all the attractions and the most important steps to the beach, and the beach is a very clean spectacle. The perfect spot for a little getaway!

Everything was perfect for my family of 11! The space was more than enough for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. Each of us had room to spread out, yet there were also cozy areas for us to gather and enjoy quality time together. The home was clean, well-stocked, and beautifully maintained — just like the pictures, if not better. It truly felt like a home away from home. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and the peaceful atmosphere. This stay made our family trip extra special, and we would definitely book again!

We had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. We really enjoyed the private back yard with jacuzzi, cold lunge, hammock, fire pit and chairs, and appreciated the beach gear and bicycles! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the 30A area.

Our place was super clean and comfortable. We felt right at home and the safety was top tier. Our host John was very friendly and quick with responding and that was definitely a plus for me. The area of Sandestin Grand/Lasasta was very scenic and enjoyable. I will definitely book with Sandy Feet Vacation Rentals again.

We absolutely loved everything about Heathers place! The space was the perfect size for our family and we felt comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. Super clean and as described. The convenience of being able to use the golf cart to get around to the beach and pool was awesome. The back porch was so relaxing on one of the days that it was rainy. Heather was super sweet and responds quickly. We would love to stay again sometime!!

The whole family had fun, lots of things to do in the house for everyone. Recommend!

This is our first time staying at this property, which my whole extended family was impressed with how well kept and modern the house was. There were plenty of amenities that made staying here very enjoyable such as a private pool, each bedroom having its own bathroom, large kitchen and opened living room space. It is a less than 5 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this house and will likely rent it again in the future if coming with a large family.

We did have small problem with our fridge and she sent someone out immediately! She was always responsive and super nice! Would definitely stay here again! Loved the area and the house was absolutely beautiful!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The views from the condo were amazing. The beds were comfy. Place was super clean and had everything we needed. Elevators weren’t ideal but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us, we just tried not to ride them during the busy times mentioned in our check-in instructions. To renters: Pullout couch was a little tricky to figure out - pull from the top not the bottom if you’re curious. I had looked at the reviews to see how to do it but didn’t see anything so thought I’d add it for anyone who needs it!

This was a great place to stay everything was just as described. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The elevators are a pain but Charla gave great tips for that. We would definitely stay with Charla again.

This condo has the perfect location! It’s so easy to get to and from. It was so nice to be on the 2nd floor, so super easy to get to and from the beach and pool area. It was also so convenient to restaurants, stores, etc. Kristi was SO great as a host and answered any questions we had SO quickly! Awesome communication! The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was stocked well. Such a great place!

Couldn’t ask for a better spot to spend a week! The high corner room over looking the pier was beautiful to wake up to every morning! I loved the fact you could show up on check in day put your keys in the condo and walk to whatever you needed! Susan was great kept in touch the entire time! Jacki, I loved the beach theme of decor’ all throughout the condo. It was super stock with everything that you need for the beach and your stay! Above and beyond! The ninja indoor grill was our favorite we cooked on it the whole stay, it’s now in my shopping cart. So thanksss! We had easy check in and check out! Definitely worth the stay, thanks for the open door of welcoming! The best reset and birthday getaway I could ever ask for!

Fantastic stay! The condo itself is very comfortable with great decor and amenities. The patio is just as pictured, with plenty of room for a family to enjoy time looking at the water. You could also see the fireworks at the pier and all down the coast just from the balcony! Also nice little touches like board games, koozies, and a binder full of recommendations were included. Well stocked kitchen and lots of linens which is really nice. Also, for accessibility there is a seat in the (gorgeous) shower, support handles that can be used in the shower, and wide enough for a wheelchair to enter & go to the bedrooms. Can’t think of a bad thing to say. Would 100% stay again!

To begin with Jerri was an amazing host. when it says she responds within 20 minutes she certainly does, more times than not in less than that. The unit couldn't have been more perfectly placed, right next to the pool. She had suggestions on things to do in the event of inclimate weather. All round an amazing experience, I've found my go to spot for my next panama city Beach trip.
