My family and I enjoyed our stay. Clean & well kept place with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Perfect view of the beach & walking distance, right across the street to private beach access. Pools were great as well. As stated before booking wait times for elevators could be long however we didn’t have much issues with this ! Would absolutely stay here again & plan to do so in the future!

Emily is a great host. she was very responsive with anything we needed. she also allowed us to check in a bit early and add an additional night to our trip! hope to be back

This place was great! Very cozy and I have to say the best parts were the shower and AC Units 😂 I know it sounds crazy but it felt so nice after a long day in the sun to come in to a nice cool house! Appliances were very nice and up to date

Nicely decorated in a beachy theme with a great beach and pool view from spacious balcony. Kitchen was well appointed and clean. Plenty of linens and other supplies. Pet friendly but note to other future dog owners, the best dog walking area is behind tower 2 which is where you’ll find a fenced dog park area. Would recommend Phil’s place.

This place was just as listed. Amazing views of the ocean with enough action from the street below to entertain you throughout the day. The place was clean and nice. Jacqueline was a great host and very responsive.

If you are looking for a nice place to stay with lots to do this is the right place. We love the lake view it was quite and comfortable. It has a very nice on suite bathroom. The view of the lake and street was amazing not to mention you have a beach view in the master bedroom. The kitchen and living room was spacious and nice. My son loved his private room with a bathroom. We will definitely stay in this unit again. Well worth it.

Location, Location, Location! The views were great and the place is perfect for a couple, no more than two people as stated! The living room and main area was just as described, however the bathroom layout was a little tight. Would definitely recommend

I fully recommend Louis's place - close to great beaches, restaurants and other activities. Louis is really responsive to inquiries. The apartment is very comfortable and was great for a couple/ 2 people. I will try to get this place when I return again to Panama City/ Destin. Thanks Louis!

simply amazing....what a wonderful vacation

Our family of five had an absolutely wonderful experience! Having our own bathroom separate from the kids was a huge plus. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the gulf from the 11th floor. The wait for the elevator was surprisingly short, even during peak times. We loved the amenities especially the many pools and the clean hot tub. The in-unit washer and dryer were a lifesaver, allowing us to easily refresh towels. The security team was also top-notch, making us feel safe and secure. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to return!

The condo is located in a great spot on the beach. Close to everything, but not overcrowded. The balcony is huge & will accommodate your whole group. There are lots of beach gear & towels, so no need to bring that stuff. The condo is nice & clean just as Alex described. There is no Kuerig for your coffee, just a regular drip coffee maker.

My two kids and I traveled to the area and needed last minute accommodations after a snag elsewhere. Maggie was very quick to respond on a Friday night after hours and extremely helpful in making sure I understood the listing and additional pricing for parking and wristbands at the resort before confirming the reservation. Very sweet and I appreciated her demeanor and upfront honesty. Maggie's place was the PERFECT spot to relax and escape to oceanfront living. Beautiful condo, very clean, so much space! The views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful, I could sit watch and listen to the ocean waves roll in all day! SO glad I came across her listing, such a wonderful location, very accommodating resort, and nearby so many places to walk instead of driving! The resort itself was clean, well laid out, and the outdoor pool area was a haven for the kids to splash around and swim, beautifully lit up at night as well. Walk right to the beach from the pool area. Wonderful! :)

Zach’s place was great! It looked exactly like the pictures and was stocked with everything needed for the perfect beach vacation! The free chairs and umbrella was a perfect add on and the extra things in the condo catered to little ones was great! We would recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was only in town for one night on a long road trip and just needed a place to crash—but wow, I wasn’t expecting this. The view from the 13th floor was unreal, and the whole space felt calm and thoughtfully put together. I didn’t need to unpack much at all—everything I could’ve needed was already here. The bed was insanely comfortable, the check-in was easy, and I actually felt like I rested. If this is what a quick stop can feel like, I can only imagine staying longer.

We greatly enjoyed this space. It was very spacious and we had more than enough room. We loved the view and the balcony was great! The bed was very comfortable and the whole unit was very comfortable. There were beach chairs and an umbrella to use. The resort was busy but it still wasn’t over crowded. There are carts to use to haul your luggage and multiple sets of elevators. The amenities were great and access to the beach was easy. The unit is within walking distance of multiple restaurants and activities. We would stay again!

Rachelle's place is simply AMAZING! Spacious and clean with the most amazing view of the Gulf and beach from 21st floor. Very secure and clean. Secure parking A great restaurant/beach club house next door. Walmart 10 minutes drive. Two great pools at the property. Amazing walks along the beach for miles. Nice quiet spot on the beach and the view was awesome from the balcony. We had everything we needed and the host communicated with us very promptly. The washer and dryer in the condo and beach service were definitely a plus!
