This was our second stay at Maddy's place. Beautiful home, large bedrooms enough to accommodate my large family. Very clean. Great communication throughout and they accommodated our awkward check out time due to our flights out. Highly recommend!

We had a power outage at our home and decided to book Daniel and Tracy’s place in Norwood. The house was beautiful and felt like home right away. Daniel was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is great too, with shops and restaurants just around the corner. Would definitely recommend.

James' house located in a very safe neighborhood, considering this is our first time in South Africa, this is necessary to make us feel good, plus we're travelling with 3 small kids. The house is spacey, have everything we need, comfortable, though a little cold during wintertime as it doesn't have central heating, but for adults it's manageable. Distance is also great if you have a car, which is mandatory for Joburg in my opinion. James is also very friendly and responsive, answers to questions whenever he is available, so this was a great find :)

As advertised, this is indeed an oasis in busy Johannesburg! The directions were very clear, location was easy to find, and check in was easy. The space itself is lovely - spacious, very clean, and extremely well-equipped. Little details like lovely shampoo, conditioner, and soap and the kitchen being pre-stocked with coffee, eggs, butter, milk, and all sorts of spices for cooking made us feel right at home. This is one of the best AirBNBs I've been to from an attention to detail perspective. The garden is also lovely, and the cottage is very private and secure. The location is fantastic - close to everything from Sandton to Parkhurst to Zoo Lake. Liza was proactive and friendly with communication, and has really put the time into making sure that we were safe and comfortable.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Sive is an exceptional host, warm, thoughtful, and truly attentive to every detail. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. Her apartment was spotless, beautifully prepared, and had all the little touches that made my stay incredibly comfortable. You can tell she takes real pride in creating a welcoming space, and it shows. Sive’s commitment to excellence sets her apart, she’s not just a great host, she’s a wonderful one. My wife, two young children, and I had a wonderful stay at Gugu’s apartment. It’s conveniently located just across the road from Danfern Square - a vibrant mall with coffee shops, restaurants, major grocery chains, and more. The apartment exceeded our expectations; even more beautiful and well-organized than the photos suggested. It was spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and had practical touches we truly appreciated - like plug options that accommodated our U.S. devices. As frequent Airbnb travelers, we know that details like this are often overlooked. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Gugu was also kind enough to let us store our bags for a few extra hours after checkout since we had an evening flight. Highly recommend!

Lebo's place is exactly what u see, so beatifully decorated and has everything u can need for confortable stay. Lebo was a good host and very responsive. The highlight for me was that swing on the balcony, made my mornings and evenings. Definately recommend it&will surely visit again.

Beautifully appointed apartment with the the character and charm not on offer by any other properties I viewed in the area. Building is French chateau style. Beautiful interior shutters carried that feel inside. Real fire place with wood and lighters laid on. Generous starter provisions left for the visitor including Nespresso pods.

From the moment we arrived, Louise was available to check us in and explain about the accommodation. She was very responsive to messages, and the studio was well stocked for self catering and for a comfortable stay. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend Louise’s place for anyone looking to stay in Joburg.
