We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. You can also make an outdoor fire in the large firepit. There is plenty of wood on site! Everything you need to unwind, relax and connect with nature! The floor is heated and the fireplace provides additional warmth to the loft bedroom.

The cabana, hottub, pool and backyard will be exclusively yours during your stay which equals privacy for you. Downtown London is a 20 minute drive.

Enjoy a stylish experience in the heart of downtown London. Located right above cocktail bar Lucy’s, this studio apartment is perfect for date night or a night out with friends. Richmond row has tons to offer from restaurants, bars, shopping, and also Victoria Park which is across the street. We do want to let you know that on Friday and Saturday this is not a quiet place as it is located over top of a cocktail lounge. Parking is also not included.

Our 1+Den has 2 comfy Queen Beds, 1.5 bathrooms, a large kitchenette with every appliance you need, and a foosball table for some competitive fun. Outside, there's a hot tub, firepit (BYO wood), BBQ, and outdoor eating area. We live upstairs and are available to assist with the indoor or outdoor amenities at any time!

This basement room is like an apartment with it's own private entrance, down 5 exterior steps. Enjoy a tiny private bathroom, kitchenette & shared laundry area. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate with pots, dishes & silverware. Room has two beds, desk, dresser and TV with DVD player & FireTV. Please note the bathroom is very small, do not complain about it, you've been informed!
